Great patient care. The center was clean and fully staffed. All my questions were answered and it was a quick and easy process.

She helped me finally get my Hashimoto's under control after years of feeling like something was off. Since working with her I've lost weight, my energy has improved, and I genuinely feel better in my body than I have in a long time. Dr. Evans actually listens. She digs into the details and treats you as a whole person, not just a set of labs. If you've been struggling with thyroid issues and feel like conventional medicine hasn't given you answers, I can't recommend her enough. Five stars without hesitation.

She is caring and understanding and always takes as much time as needed to thoroughly discuss every treatment and question. Best of all she collaborates with me to find an individualized treatment plan that works for me and my body. She always considers how my body feels and doesn't just push the wrong (or no) treatment on me like other doctors in the past. She is innovative and always researching new things to help. Recently she and her staff worked with me on a successful weight loss program and helped me navigate all the insurance approvals (thanks, Kim for all your hard work to get the medication I really needed). In the last year I have gone from Obese to Overweight and have a plan to get to normal weight for the first time in over 25 years. I couldn't have done it without the advice and support of the team here and their focus on treating the whole patient instead of individual problems. This is the best I've felt since my 20s!

We came from a place that, ironically, had "Hope" in the name--but left feeling like we had none…read more What we found here, however, was something far more powerful than hope alone: we found people who gave us reasons to believe again. From the very beginning, this team became more than just medical professionals--they became our lifeline. My husband was diagnosed with an aggressive, late-stage cancer that turned our world upside down. After months of grueling treatments, setbacks, and terrifying nights, we arrived exhausted, emotionally frayed, and unsure if we'd ever find a path forward. And then... we met them. It wasn't just the cutting-edge treatment plan (although that's been remarkable). It was the way every single person on this team--from the front desk staff to the nurses, techs, coordinators, and doctors--has played a role in bringing light back into our lives. Their compassion, intelligence, responsiveness, and tenacity have made this place feel less like a hospital and more like a fortress of healing. They don't just treat cancer here. They treat the fear that comes with it. They treat the hopelessness. They treat the heartbreak. And they do it with grace, humanity, and unwavering commitment. I trust this team with the most precious person in my life. And that is not something I say lightly. They have given us a new perspective, a new fight, and a new chance. We may have walked in with nothing left to hold onto--but thanks to them, we're holding onto each other again. And that's everything. To Jon's care team: thank you. You are the very best of what medicine should be.

Valet is free for anyone with a disabled placard. Outpatient services, diagnostic, imaging, nuclear studies are mostly handled by the Outpatient Center in the REAR of the hospital at 5215 Torrance Bl (the main entrance address is 4101 Torrance Bl). Confirm before you arrive or you'll likely have a long trek to get to the right location. The salad bar in the café is decent in a pinch, especially if you don't want to leave the property for a meal. Self parking is free, but it's busy and it will often be blocked to incoming traffic because the lots are...full. Patience is necessary. Staff is friendly and helpful, which was welcome when I took a wrong turn out of the elevators. A worker must have noticed the perplexed look on my face and offered to help before I even knew i needed help.

However I will say that the physical therapy offered here is definitely out of place, in a good way. Juan is very knowledgeable in the practice and cares about healing you to the best of his ability. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had at a medical office…read more I scheduled a 12:00 p.m. appointment for a pre-employment drug screen and a mandatory TB questionnaire for a healthcare position. I already had a valid TB test, but I still needed the physician to review the questionnaire and complete the required paperwork. When I checked in, I specifically showed the receptionist the questionnaire and asked if the physician would be able to fill it out. She initially told me yes. Then she argued with me, saying they couldn't complete it because I already had a TB test. I explained that I understood my TB test was still valid, but I still needed the questionnaire completed. After that conversation, I was left with the understanding that the physician would address it during my visit. At no point was I told they would ultimately refuse to complete the paperwork. I had a 12:00 p.m. appointment but wasn't seen until almost 2:00 p.m., and I didn't leave until around 3:00 p.m. I spent approximately three hours there for what should have been a simple pre-employment visit. To make matters even more frustrating, there were several times when I was the only person sitting in the waiting room. Then other patients would arrive after me and appear to be called back before I was. I understand that different appointments may have different priorities, but no one ever explained the delay or kept me informed. While I was waiting, I could clearly hear conversations coming from the back office. At one point, I heard a staff member say, "I'm trying to print out this form for this girl and her TB test." Hearing employees discuss me that way where patients could overhear made the office feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. I completed the questionnaire and even had the staff print the required form because I wasn't able to print it myself. After waiting for hours, I was finally told they could not complete it because they "don't get paid" to fill out that paperwork because they were not contracted to do so. That information should have been given to me when I first arrived not after I had already waited for hours. If your clinic cannot complete certain employment forms, patients deserve to be told before they spend hours waiting. To make matters worse, they didn't even return the printed form so I could immediately take it somewhere else. My phone number was also entered incorrectly and was never corrected. Because of the unnecessary delay, I missed my bus, which only comes once an hour, forcing me to wait even longer just to get home. I left hungry, exhausted, frustrated, and still without the documentation I needed. I chose this location because it was the closest approved clinic available to me, and I don't currently drive. I didn't look at the online reviews until after my appointment. When I did, I was disappointed to see that several other people had also described long wait times for pre-employment drug screenings. Unfortunately, my experience was very similar. This entire situation could have been avoided with honest communication and respect for patients' time. Patients deserve to know up front what a clinic can and cannot do instead of finding out only after hours of waiting. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues so future patients don't have the same experience.
