Stopped in a few weeks ago and got a steak burrito suiza meal with sour cream and avocado to go with chips and salsa. The total was around $26. The food was decent. The burrito was a hearty size. The rice and beans were flavorful. I wouldn't drive out of my way for this meal though. Some of the pieces of steak in the burrito were very chewy and filled with fat so that's always a turn off while enjoying a meal. The chips and salsa were good though.

First time coming to this place. Was looking for a good Mexican restaurant in the area and found this. Complimentary chips and 3 different salsas which were all very good. There was a tomato salsa, green salsa and a red salsa. Had to try their margaritas so I got the frozen mango margarita. Kinda strong but still pretty good. Since it was a cool day we opt for soup. I got the caldo de pollo. It was so delicious. I also got 1 steak taco because why not. Everything was so good. Service was kinda slow especially since we were the only ones In the restaurant but it was overall good.

After having a bad dinner experience at my hotel I looked up restaurants that were open near me. I was immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant and taken to a table. I ordered the chicken tacos dinner which comes with rice and refried beans. The meal includes 1 basket of chips with 3 types of salsa. The pico and the green salsa were my favorite. They were full of flavor with a little spice. The orange sauce was different but not really something I'd order. I love that they give these options so I could try all of them. My dinner came out steaming hot! Everything was full of flavor and delicious. I normally don't like refried beans but these were great. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food add this to your list.

Food was incredible a delight to the senses my steak burrito had the perfect ratio of steak lettuce sour cream and guacamole incredible! I also got the free leches cake which was the best I've ever had sooo moist and creamy with whipped topping that just brought it full circle Service was perfect very polite and quick even got me a bigger water cup because they could tell I need more Ambiance looks very authentic and homey Booth was nice and comfy

The food was pretty good. Shared an order of the Fajitas mix (combo of steak, chicken, and shrimp) and an Al Pasto burrito. Everything was generous in portion and very tasty. Fajitas was served on a the typical skillet platter, piping hot with some sliced bell peppers and onions. Sides included a choice of corn or flour tortillas, rice, beans, and guacamole (no extra charge). The Al Pasto (pork) burrito was had to tell how "traditional" the meat was. It was stuffed with beans, lettuce, and tomatoes. Pretty minimal ingredients but very tasty when spooning over the salsas that came with the basket of chips. In addition to all the food, I had ordered a horchata to wash it down which was nice. And we grabbed a tres leches cake to go on our way out. Pretty moist and not too sweet, but would not recommend for to-go as it seemed a bit watery at the bottom of the cake by the time we got home. Could also be our fault for letting it sit too long as we made the drive back to Chicago. The overall ambiance reminds me of a diner turned into Mexican sit down restaurant, primarily with the way it's laid out and with how you can pay on your way out at the front register. Anyways, food was overall not bad and large in portion. Can't say it's the best I've ever had, but it's better than most that you'll find in the midwest. Also for the price point it won't break the bank. That's all I got on this one. 'Til next time, cheers!

WOW! My husband and I aren't native to Kenosha but we know good authentic Mexican food and we've tried a few restaurants here this visit and past visits and this place takes the trophy!!! The corn tortillas you can tell are made fresh in house, you can smell them they're so good. I got carnitas taco the combo and it came with rice and beans. The beans look so fresh and very flavorful. Big full tacos not skimpy ones. There's few cars in parking lot but don't let that fool you. 10/10 recommend

I LOVE the food and the staff is THE BEST! Everyone always makes you feel so welcomed. I enjoy so many of their dishes. If you enjoy soup Carne en su jugo is one of their specialty's. No one else has it and it's kind of like the Mexican Frijoles Boracho and ooh so yummy. You can never go wrong with the Pozole or a combination plate. I LOVE the Michiladas! If you e never been here it's worth a visit.

Chips came with three delicious salsas. Mango margarita was yummy and had spicy salt on the rim, but hubby ordered regular margarita and it had sugar. That was a fail, but our friendly waitperson happily exchanged it. Food was excellent, particularly the shredded beef on the tostada and skirt steak was tender and had slightly crispy fatty edges. Rice was meh--could have seasoned it up a bit. Overall a win and we will absolutely be back. read more

Food is alright although it is pretty expensive. The waitress Yesenia sucks ass. She never came by my table to make sure the food as tasting good, if I needed a refill, napkins nor did she bring me the check. I wanted beans in my burrito and I never got them. We have been going to El Senorial since they opened and it is now our favorite go-to spot. The staff has become like a second family to us. They are always so welcoming and we are always happy to see their smiling faces. We frequent there a lot, and have never had a bad experience or less than delicious food and drinks. Not too mention the prices are fair for the quality and consistency you receive. 11/10 recommended read more

Personal preference, i choose El Senorial over Le Fe. There are more options at El Senorial. They are flexible with mixing the meat choices with the dinners, and the service is much more pleasant than the witch that takes the phone orders at Le Fe. read more

Hands-down the BEST Mexican food in the area! I have been here for breakfast lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed! Their ceviche tostadas are my favorite! However, during my most recent visit, I decided to go with the taco dinner. I got the shredded pork, shredded beef and steak tacos that were stuffed full of meat, cilantro, onions, Mexican cheese and lime. They were so flavorful and delicious! The rice and beans were phenomenal, as well. I have to note, also, that the prices are amazing! If you are looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food with a price that won't break the bank, you HAVE to go to El Seniorial! The inside of the restaurant is worth noting, as well. The benches and tables are gorgeous, the building is impeccably clean, and the bathrooms are spotless. Our service has been wonderful every time we have gone there, as well. I cannot find a single negative thing to say about El Seniorial! read more

Went on Christmas Eve. If you're looking for delicious & authentic Mexican food I would come here. The decor was really nice and the place had a good atmosphere. The server didn't check up on us as often as I wish she did, but it wasn't a big deal. My friend and I ordered a burrito and it was amazing. I also ordered the choco flan as dessert but it wasn't really good; I wouldn't recommend it. I'll definitely be back to this place! read more

This is a legit Mexican restaurant with warm decor and furnishings. Friendly, attentive and serving consistently well cooked meals. Everything we've ordered has been extremely tasty, especially the parrillas, which are very generous and ideal for larger parties. We are so happy to see more traffic flowing into El Señorial. I'm not going to bash the place and tell the story of what happened tonight. I used to love coming here, but after tonight we will not be back. The costumer service is horrible, and the management obviously doesn't care for its costumers. Very disappointed in tonight's result. Now I'm just hangry! Deserves zero stars. read more

Thank you Anais for making our evening meal such a delight at your family's restaurant. We also want to thank the cooks for preparing our meals with care. The portions were big and delicious. The burrito was the size of a fallen log, the enchiladas were filled with perfection and my Caldo de Res was yummy and traditional. We couldn't help but to order dessert! I'm usually very picky with Mexican restaurants because I cook mostly Mexican food at home so my expectations are usually higher for restaurants, and this restaurant blew me away. I absolutely LOVED the salsa they offer with complimentary chips, I asked for the recipe but was politely told it's a house secret recipe which is understandable. The horchata was also liquid gold, it was so delicious I ordered two large cups, I couldn't get enough of the horchata. I decided to try their steak burrito (contrary to popular belief) I've NEVER had a burrito in my life. I was beyond satisfied with my food the cook made the meat exactly how I like it and the guacamole was fresh. I will be back for the salsa definitely! read more

Wow! From the warm welcome walking in the door to the comfy big booths and charming decor. Super friendly and attentive staff serving up fresh, authentic Mexican food. I had the chicken Enchiladas with salsa Verde and my guy had the Carne Asada. Both meals... amazing! The skirt steak was charred perfectly tender and was a good, quality cut. This restaurant just opened about a week ago. Went there today for supper. I had Pollo En Mole Poblano Beans, Rice and Salad. $12.95 Fair, not good or excellent. One very small chicken leg and one small thigh.I would estimate about .50 cents worth of food on plate. very overpriced. My friend had a beef Burrito . good sized for $8 good tasting but greasy. Just ate here tonight for the first time and now El Senorial is in my top 3 for Mexican restaurants in Kenosha, along with La Fe Cafe and Los Compadres. Great food, the best, clearly home-made. I had the chopped steak with roasted tomatoes, onions, and poblanos topped with cheese, my son had the tampiquena, and my wife had an al pastor burrito. All huge portions, with rice, beans, guac, lettuce, tomato slice, red onion slice, and slice of lemon on the side. They make their own salsa and serve a side of green sauce and a yellow sauce as well. All fresh and tasty; a most impressive spread. read more

This was the first Mexican restaurant I decided to try since moving to Kenosha. Overall it was pretty good, but I'm kinda picky and have had some pretty awesome authentic Mexican food. They served a definitely homemade salsa with their complimentary chips. The salsa was chunky with a little heat (which I love) but I do wish the chips were warm and a little more salty. The complimentary glass of ice water was so small they shouldn't even bother (this annoys me at many restaurants). The soda was served in a can, so no free refills. I'd rather pay the extra $1 and get free fountain refills (because Mexican is spicy). They have some great looking options but I decided to go with one of my favorites, the Carne Asada. The steak was delicious and juicy. The tortillas were warm and it was served with rice, beans, grilled onions and a pepper. I decimated that meal. While there might be some small things to improve, I'm definitely coming back. read more
