After waiting another 20 minutes with no inquiry about if we wanted food, i asked the other patrons if we heard the waitress right that she was waiting for the cook. They explained the espresso machine issue and then said that they also ordered bagels an hour prior and were still waiting so the cook must not be there at all. The waitress never said anything to us about food, the cook, etc. We decided to leave cash for our drinks and leave and went to a different restaurant. However this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have had at a Taco Bell. The food was awful, it wasn't even cooked. My chips were too salty and my drink wasn't even drinkable. The place was unsanitary, the tables weren't clean, I really didn't want to sit and eat there. I barely finished my food. I had to through it out. Taco Bell company really needs to do something about how the manger runs that location.
