One of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time. They have sister locations in Camden, Dover, and Rehoboth under the El Azteca name. This one features classic latin dishes with a updated boost. Great presentation, perfect flavor ( not salty), great quantities. I loved the top shelf specialty cocktails and those great margharita drinks we all love. They also have a separate bar area with booths, televisions and bar. There is an outdoor patio, shared parking lot with new shops and eateries. The chips, salsa, queso and guacamole dip were each perfectly made and fresh. The Hawaiian fajita that I ordered was a fabulous display of grilled shrimp and pineapple, bell and red peppers with onions with melted cheese presented in a hollowed pineapple with sides of rice, flour or corn tortillas, shredded lettuce, sour cream and cheddar cheese, and refried beans. Everyone enjoyed their chimichangas, shrimp and peppers with rice, cheese green chili enchiladas, and fish tacos. The appetizers arrived quickly as well as the main entrees arrived in lightening speed! The service was primo! I was very pleased to have dinner here, well worth the visit and money. + close parking + handicapped accessibility ++ service +++ food and drinks + restrooms + prices Thank you Blue Mezcal staff for a fabuloso experience!

We rented an outdoor space by the water, and the setting was absolutely beautiful--peaceful, scenic, and perfect for such a memorable occasion. From start to finish, the service was excellent and seamless. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free, which made a big difference on such an important day. A special thank you to Lisa, the Sales and Event Coordinator, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. She made sure every detail was handled with care and professionalism, and her support truly helped bring everything together perfectly. The rest of the team working alongside her were also very kind and professional, contributing to such a welcoming and well-coordinated experience. In addition, the food and wine were excellent--everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, which added even more to the overall experience. I highly recommend Bohemia Manor Farm to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with outstanding service. It was an unforgettable experience that we will always cherish.

The occasion was to celebrate a friend's bday and on the weekend that I chose to visit, the winery was hosting a Sip and Shop; I bought tickets for this event and also made reservations for lunch. The drive here was smooth, it took a little more than an hour but I stopped to pick up my friend from DE on the way. When we arrived, someone was directing the flow of traffic in the parking lot, we then stood in line to complete our check in and then grabbed our first glass of wine, which we sipped while browsing the vendors; there were more than I could count - selling jewelry, sweets, candles and other unique and some customizable gifts. After we finished browsing, it was time for our reservation. We were seated at a table by a full length windows which had a beautiful view of an outdoor patio with a view of the Bohemia River - lovely... We ordered our drinks and apps which didn't take too long - we shared the apps, which were Brussel sprouts salad and Brie Bites; both were delicious (we did ask for more dressing for the salad but the flavor was good overall). For our entrees we ordered salmon and Chicken Bruschetta - all was delicious and cooked to perfection with great flavor. Last, dessert, which was a small cake for my girlfriend, whose bday we were celebrating - I think it was Bourbon vanilla - it was absolutely yummy. We all had a very enjoyable experience from start to finish and are planning to return when the temperatures warm up so that we can spend more time enjoying the beautiful, serene surroundings. Also, the service was great, bathrooms were clean and this place has a lot of character... Don't delay, visit!

I visited Vine Bar for a wine tasting this past Saturday and had a really great experience…read more Vine Bar Collective is a wine importer, a bottle shop, and a tasting room. They import and sell exclusively Italian wines, and they source their wines directly from farmers who are dedicated to organic farming practices. They also import many wines from young winemakers as well as female winemakers (from regions where female winemakers are not very common). The tasting room is very comfortable and had plenty of seating for people on a Saturday night around 6. You can drop in for shopping (they offer all 50 of their wines in their bottle shop) or to hang out (they offer rotating flights, glasses of wine, and a build your own charcuterie board menu). I was there for the $30 tasting (which is by reservation only), which included five wines and a some snacks (some chips, some cheese, some olives, and some fresh preserves/jam). Bailey, their somm, took such great care of me throughout my tasting. He brought me a map of Italy and described each wine and the winemaker with incredible detail and insight. I enjoyed all of the wines and the snacks! I also left with a few bottles to enjoy later at home! I had a great time at Vine Bar. They're doing something very cool and different from other wine bars, and I'd love to return for another tasting or just to enjoy a glass of wine or two at the bar.

Our server was gracious enough to have the temperature increased by a degree or two which was fine. We ordered the quiche and the mushroom crepe along with the french martini, mint julep and bloody mary. The drinks were fine and well presented. The mushroom crepe was also good, with a nice, flavorful thin crepe "boxing in" a firm and well-cooked egg. The quiche was nice and light but was fraught with way too much salt. The frisee that came with the quiche was so overdone with salt that it was inedible and you couldn't even taste the lardon bacon. We have not yet been here for dinner but would not recommend brunch as anything special. The service started out ok but then waned a bit once we ordered drinks. We literally had to wait patiently to even ask our server for coffee refills and more creamer. For a Sunday morning venue that should offer something distinctly different from the diner and coffee shop fare in North Wilmington, we were clearly disappointed.
