You will need to find street parking but it's not too difficult. The name gives you the clue - it's "classic" in a retro, elevated biker bar way (there is a bar in the front and there was a biker out front as well so I'm sticking with this description). On the walls are "classics" like Harley Davidson and Elvis Presley. Among the other things that we did not know (which was everything) - it's New Orleans Cajun-based food. There are some non-New Orleans Cajun items on the menu - traditional breakfast French Toast and such - however, many of the items, from the omelets to the chicken ARE with a very tasty and not-too-spicy Cajun flavor or sauce. My husband had the omelet that featured andouille sausage and was very glad he did. I tried the Cajun chicken tenders (?) that came LOADED, on top of delicious homestyle biscuits, and next to a pile of cheesy potatoes. Service was perfect. Very friendly from walking in the door to walking out the door. Very diverse clientele so you can rest assured you will like it here. Could not have had a better Easter brunch experience unless the Easter Bunny itself was there.

They had many options including chicken and fish. The burgers are offered in 1/4 or 1/3 pound. For our first time here I decided on the basic cheeseburger. Looked great when we got it. Nice looking bun with very fresh vegetables. Thousand island ish is there special sauce. A bit more ketchup forward, but good. Overall the burger was fresh and delicious. Ate very bite. The fries were also very good with some light seasoning. You can order from a kiosk or the counter. The person who took our order was very nice and the food came out quickly. Overall this was a very good experience and we would come back again. Enjoy!

Think McDouble size. Our waitperson asked if "medium" was my preferred doneness to which I said yes. What arrived was this very hard and dry sad little patty. It was served but it did not give. Seemed as if they were trying to do a smash burger but with a preformed patty. I ended up eating the fried egg, onions and bun, and some of the fries. I gave my wife my wallet to pay while I went outside for a moment. A different waitperson came and my wife told them about my burger and that it was disappointing. Their response was that It was my fault for not ordering it dressed because that's what makes the bun/ it juicy? And that if we came back again, they promised it wouldn't be like that. To be honest I don't think we will be back, but perhaps this was just an off day for the grill cook? It's always a bit of a let down spending $40+(including tip) for only half of your order being correct and then to be blamed for the other half. I later noticed that the second waitperson took off one of the drink and the fried egg, which was nice but too late, I think.

It took a little long to get sat but our impression was that was due to being short staffed and we were a party of 7. Service was pretty prompt once we ordered. Food came to the table mostly correct ( one side substitution didn't happen correctly) and overall, we were satisfied. Menu felt well priced and lots of options so I'm pretty pleased with our experience. I look forward to coming back.

The pork was not pounded thin, but rather served as a 1inch think boneless, breaded pork chop on a bed of sautéed purple cabbage and a mustard sauce. It was tasty but not $30 tasty, especially as the pork chop in look & taste came off as Shake & Bake? I honestly am providing this place 3.5 stars because the pork belly was yummy and the other members of my party were mostly satisfied with the meal, tho one did complain that their burger was rather dry. While I would eat there again because I would want to eat the fish n chips and try that pork belly again, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for their first time in Burien.
