Had to wait to come inside to eat. They said 10 minutes for four people which they were on time. Service is slow, they served chips and hot sauce and the sauce is excellent. Had to ask for more chips and sauce. Like I said service is slow that we had to ask for things like chips, napkins, salsa and drink refills. Lots of people working here but no organization. Ordered our food and it came out quickly. Very surprised, the food was excellent and it made up for the slow service. The food was hot and plentiful. I was hungry when they served the fajitas. I should have taken a picture of the plate. They served big pieces of chicken and beef. Rated as food quality not as service. read more

I hope the owner really do something One start and just because I have to select one First time in the restaurant ordering thru drive thru the lady was very kind and welcoming while in the back the manager started to make fun about my physical appearance throwing a racist and unprofessional comments in Spanish thinking that I would not understand him I am fluent in Spanish and English (Hispanic) He refused to give me his supervisor or owners contact. Making fun of customers in different language is disrespectful and racist again hopefully the owner will do something cause for people like him your business has bad reputation by the way, I cancelled my order read more

There was a time when this place was all the buzz. That time has long since past in every way imaginable. Anytime management wants to argue about something their business did wrong they automatically lose my business until they get replaced. Apparently cold beer is hard to come by here and the manager decided to argue with me about it. Apparently they know more about thermodynamics than I do, I mean I've only got a double masters in engineering and thermodynamics is something I've forgotten more about than they will ever learn. Cold beer in warm glass does not make the beer turn instantly warm. That means the beer isn't being kept at the correct temperature and that's for the health department to look into since there's a mandatory requirement at what it needs to come out of the spout at. Furthermore the quality of the food and service is just abysmal. I don't understand how such a good restaurant has ended up like this but it's just not okay at all. Maybe a new owner can come in and save this sinking ship but even then I don't know really and that so sad. On their FB pages they won't even let you leave a review which just goes to show you stay away. read more

Young woman that took my to go order was delightful, I do not tip on an order I pick up at a counter, I tip for service and if I stand at a counter to receive a bag you're just "entitled" to expect one as you did not serve me I picked it up. I was going to make a rare exception because she was sweet. She had to call a male employee to give me change for a $20, he clearly knew what it was for and knew how small my to go order was. This guy hands me back 2 tens, when I said I was going to need some ones I got a dirty look. Really? The salad with steak was horribly overpriced especially for the size and minuscule amount of meat and when I got it back to my hotel room had standing water. So much I had to use several paper towels to soak it up before I could eat, I'm talking maybe 1/4 cup of water. The tortilla chips that came with it were store bought, no salt and not even a good brand. What they gave for salsa appeared to be Great Value brand with so much extra cumin added to try to hide it's low jar quality it was inedible. Trying desperately to find something nice to say here. The seasoning on the meat was ok enough if I was served it at someone's home I could eat it to be polite. read more
