The El Taco Food Truck was in the parking lot of the Joymongers Barrel Hall!

Serious cheap eats offered at this food truck. We each enjoyed three tacos. One each of the following: al pastore, asada + chorizo! In addition to the protein each tacos had onions and cilantro. We tried the hot and medium salsas. I liked the hot with asada taco, the medium with the al pastore and the chorizo tacos salsa-less. Each taco cost $2.00 dollars. We were tempted to go back and get the green chille burger, but decided to try it on a future visit.

Great surprise. Coming from California, where there is real Mexican food, we didn't know what to expect. It was not a disappointment.

I love this truck! Chicken tacos with the green (hot avocado) sauce is the way to go. Wish I could find them more often.

Bao Yeah offers not only bao but bowls and fried chicken as well. Their ordering (via tablet) is convenient, and they turn around orders quickly. I went with a three-piece bao, which allowed me to sample the two fried chicken varieties (K*Bomb with gochujang and Garlic Gang with soy black garlic) as well as the bulgogi. All of the bao were amply stuffed with meat and pickled vegetables and slathered with tasty sauce. The thick buns held everything in place, so eating was not too sloppy an endeavor. Everything delivered the expected flavors - sweet heat from the K*Bomb, a tangier note from the bulgogi - and the fried chicken boasted a thick, crunchy batter. It was quite tasty though the chicken was definitely a bit dry. At least the bulgogi was nice and tender. All told, Bao Yeah is a promising newish addition to the Triad food truck scene. It may not be the best Korean street food you've ever had, but you're in for a flavorful meal without a long wait.

They were genuinely interested to know how we liked everything and took all feedback to heart which we love to see. The food was exceptional. If you're looking for an authentic Cuban food experience these guys are the real deal. The sandwiches were huge - we had to eat them in two separate sittings. The plantains and chicken croquettes were great accompaniments to the sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised at their dessert empanadas. I could eat 10 of those and be happy. Something I'd definitely order again next time we eat from this truck. In all a great experience and we would recommend this food truck to everyone!

I ordered a pan con lechon (roast pork sandwich) and yuca frita (yuca fries). Both dishes were absolutely amazing. The sandwich was pressed perfectly so it had a nice crunch. The roast pork was very flavorful. The fries were crisp, warm, and very well seasoned. It took about 5 minutes from the time I ordered to get my food. Service was also great! The lady at the register was very sweet and offered alternative options for me to order when I originally wanted the Cuban sandwich but they couldn't do it without mayo or mustard. I highly recommend this food truck!

She was impressed with their posts and they made it easy to navigate their weekly schedule. We arrived shortly after 4pm on a Saturday afternoon at 801 Silas Creek Parkway in Winston. There were several cars there but no line. We approached the food truck and started looking over the menu. Everything they do features birria style meat. Neither of us have much experience ordering birria style dishes but the young man at the window was helpful in his recommendations on what to order for now and what dishes would save best for leftovers. We went with his recommendation to share the quesadilla now and order the tacos for later. The prices range from $12-15 per item but they also have a birria pizza for $35 which looks large enough to feed several people. We paid with a credit card and we're provided a small device that alerts customers when their orders are ready. This was the first time we have ever received something like this and though it was brilliant because so many times you order at a food truck you are stuck standing close by so you can hear your name when the order is ready. Our food was prepared in a timely manner and we decided to drive up the road before eating. When we opened up our containers everything looked incredible. We immediately dug in and the quesadilla was full of delicious ingredients and flavor. I took a few pictures of my tacos but saved them for later. I'm happy to report that they were delicious heated up. We will absolutely be back soon to try even more!

First off, this isn't just a random food truck. There is such an incredible story behind it. It's run by Gary and his best friend Alex, who have been friends since grade school back in Mexico City, Mexico!! You can feel that deep history in the way they run their business. There's a level of trust, energy, and authenticity that you don't usually see, and it trickles down to the entire team!!!Every employee I interacted with was genuinely happy, welcoming, and proud to be there (which says a lot) especially during these times. They've also set themselves up in some of the best spots around. I visited : 1) Summerfield Farms. 2) Oden Brewing Company. At both locations, you're not just grabbing food, you're getting a whole experience! Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Live music, dog friendly. The menu is simple, affordable, and done right. We got to try 4 different tacos, their queso dip, and their churros, and everything delicious! The meat was seasoned to perfection, super juicy, and full of flavor without being overcomplicated. But what really made this experience unforgettable? I got invited onto the truck to make my own churros!! let me tell you, that is not something you get to do every day. It was hands-on, fun, and honestly one of the most unique experiences I've had, collaborating with another business. By the end of it, it didn't even feel like a transaction anymore, we became friends! Taco Bros isn't just serving food, they're building up thier community. And that's something you don't come across often.

Overall the truck seemed very clean and hygienic for a food truck. The staff was incredibly friendly and organized. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. The prices are a bit high which is common for food trucks. Guac and chips was $10 and the chicken quesadilla was $14. One thing that would have been a nice touch was Jarritos. The chicken quesadilla was good but could have used a bit more seasoning. It was good sized and stuffed full of chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese. Overall we enjoyed Taco Bros and would definitely try them again at another event.
