I have been to El aguacate express on a couple of occasions and ordered the same thing both times: the chicken soaps with extra beans and avocado. The soaps are always very fresh and flavorful as they are made to order. The service was very friendly both times. The prices are also extremely reasonable. There is not very much ambience as it is just a little food truck, but it's still cute. I highly recommend you try El Waka express if you are a Mexican food fan! You won't be disappointed! Love the free standing taco stand. It's more than just tacos, there's also burritos and quesadillas as well as kids items. The staff was friendly and the food was made up quickly. It's a free standing building with a menu on the outside. There are drive through windows on each side of the building. Food: I got the grilled asada tacos 3/$8. The salsa was great: green is mild enough for kids and the red is hot enough for me. The pepper that came with it was fire and made me glad I ordered the Horchata. Minus one star because the meat could be seasoned a little better. Almost had a boiled taste to it. I'll definitely back and try the pastor tacos. read more

This little spot is delicious! The staff were super friendly and brought our food to the car after we ordered. It took about 30 minutes, but they did apologize for the wait. I got the ACP burrito, and it was very yummy but needed more spice or veggies. It was just the rice, chicken, and cheese sauce in burrito form. The taco al pastor was SO good- just like the street tacos I used to get in Mexico. The torta de pastor was excellent as well, and HUGE. The queso was fantastic. We weren't big fans of the salsa, but the chips with queso were awesome. Would definitely go back to try more things! read more

This is a very small walk up or drive up spot with no inside seating - the entire place is about 50% bigger than the standard outdoor storage shed. I ordered a Beef Burrito ($9.50) and Al Pastors Tacos (3 for $8). The burrito was large (10"tortilla) and very tasty - loaded with flavorful, well seasoned ground beef, cheese and rice - and a small bag of chips with salsa (some nice heat here) included! This is an item I'd order again. The tacos were also very nice - well filled with tasty chorizo, nicely topped with cilantro and onion, with several lime wedges included. It's a drive thru and it took over 35 min to get some tacos. I could have sat down at a restaurant, ordered, ate, and paid quicker.

Ordered nearly every style of food and nearly every kind of protein to do a takeaway family style feast with hubs & a friend so we could try it all. Was surprised at how fast the food came out, and how well it traveled. The street tacos and ACP were my faves, and if I were to be doing this solo the tacos give the most opportunity to try everything. Let me start off by saying, this is my second time this week eating here and it is really THAT good! The customer service was amazing both times I went and the food came out hot and FAST! It also has a drive thru, how convenient is that! The first time, I had 3 chicken tacos and salsa & it was GREAT. INEXPENSIVE, filling and tasty! This time around, I decided to get the grilled chicken ACP burrito and it's bussin! So simple, yet flavorful. Skip that Taco Bell line and the table service at Don Juan's, and head straight to El Aguacate Express. We ordered a vegetarian burrito and a chicken burrito. They were fresh and delicious. And they were huge, we didn't need a side to eat. Both burritos came with a small serving of green chile (salsa verde) for dipping, decently spicy. You can either drive up to the window, or walk up to the window on the other side of the building to place your order. The tropical ceviche was good but the empanadas were terrible. They tasted as if they had been fried in old oil making them taste stale and had such a bitter taste. To make it worse they advertise that you get 3 empanadas but you actually only get 2. read more
