As you can see from my photo, the restaurant wasn't busy at all, so there really wasn't a reason for the delays. It wasn't until I asked for our server that she finally came over to take our order. After that, we waited nearly 40 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, most of it was only semi-warm. The only dish that came out fresh and hot was the steak tostones, which were delicious. Everything else, including the other entrées and sides, was lukewarm and honestly disappointing. What makes this even more frustrating is that this wasn't my first experience like this. I had previously visited with a friend and received the same poor service and semi-cold food. I decided to give Yarumba another chance by coming back with my daughter, hoping the first visit had just been an off day. Sadly, nothing had changed. It seems like the staff spends more time talking amongst themselves than checking on customers or making sure food is coming out promptly.
