These people are the real deal! When you walk in they got salsa y merengue music playing. I saw chivo (stewed goat) on the menu and said let me get that! It was great. Reminded me of a chivo I tried in a Dominican home. Definitely coming back for the ox tail though. A true hidden gem.

Amazing Dominican food. All fresh and delicious. Highly recommend it. They offer all the typical dishes, Rabo, Chivo, sancocho, mango and cold Presidente's.

We found this place on google while trying to find somewhere close to eat! Great service and very attentive guys! Little hole in the wall with amazing Dominican food! Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for an authentic Dominican experience. My daughter had their chicken tenders and you can tell that they were freshly made in house! Nothing frozen! Their sandwiches were so delicious, big and loaded! My husband had the bistec sandwich and I had the ham and cheese one and they came loaded with veggies (onions, lettuce, and tomatoes) they come with a side of fries and the kids nuggets do too and we tried their rice and beans it was very flavorful as well. Everything was just amazing. Their quipes though! True star of the show!!! Delicious and big! And so much flavor in every bite! drooling while typing by lol. Their arepitas de yuca were just like my mom makes them! Sooo good! My daughter wanted more lol. You must try this place! Can't say it enough haha

This is probably been the best mango that I have tasted in a while! The server was great, and was very attentive. We went around lunchtime, and it was not loud. There was a decent amount of people there.

Such a quaint and delicious spot! My boyfriend and I came here for breakfast to have a traditional Dominican breakfast and that's exactly what we got! Great spot to try mangu and a few of their empanadas! I definitely recommend!

Good Dominican restaurant serving a variety of savory plates. Good prices and serving huge portions. I was told the Dominican staple " mangu " was the best in this place, so I had to go see for myself. ( Mangu is mashed green plantains and topped with pickled red onions). I decided to go for breakfast and grab the mangu con longaniza Frita ( type of sausage), fried eggs, and fried cheese. ( a lot of calories ) lol. Well worth it. So many different textures and flavors and they all work perfectly. The lady was nice and helpful and had a bright smile on her face. She gave me Great service!

This Dominican restaurant serves delicious food! We ordered breakfast with fried salami, sausage, two sunny side up eggs, mofongo, and avocado. He ordered a sprite and I drank water. It came out to be less than $30. The price is great and food is wonderful! The chef greeted us and the place gets busy as people come in and out often. They even have nice R&B Latin music playing like Ozuna, Anuel, etc. The staff is plentiful and service is attentive.

Authentic Dominican Food, i mean really everything on their menu is DELICIOUS! It feels like you're in DR with every bite! You can taste the flavors and seasonings, it's made with love. We get Mangú con los tre golpes, arroz con habichuela, tostones, pechuga al limón, chicharrón de pollo, pollo frito, everything is 10/10. The service is great, family oriented and quick. love love love this place!

We visited this location yesterday 11/26/23 around 5 pm. We googled Dominican restaurant near us and chose them since they had good reviews and were close to our destination. We ordered some appetizers (quipe) and the gentleman man that served us didn't even put small plates for us to use to eat appetizer. We ordered 4 plates. We ordered the kids what they always get in any dominican restaurant pollo, the kids were like what is this? I believe they put too much breading on the chicken and it came out hard and we had to peal it off basically to get to the actual chicken. They probably ate 2 pieces of each chicken on each platter since they did not like it at all. We ordered beers and were hot, we didn't say anything because we were just hungry and it was hot inside so we just wanted to ear and leave. Maybe its because it was close to closing hours since they close at 6pm but i was disappointed with the food and service. When we ordered the bill surprisingly it was expensive since they ad their own gratuity. That server only came to my table maybe 4 times to get $20.00 tip for nothing. You can see on pictures how this came out. Im dominican and they can do a way better service for their customers.

Ordered takeout from here and it was delicious! I recommend ordering ahead of time since they are taking covid precautions and making everyone wait in their car. The wait was exactly 15 minutes, as promised. I had the Bistec salteado with rice and beans (everything was packed separately).

Unfortunately, the service has been a huge disappointment the last two times I've visited. As you can see from my photo, the restaurant wasn't busy at all, so there really wasn't a reason for the delays. We sat at our table waiting for someone to take our order while our waitress continued helping other tables and never came to ours. It wasn't until I asked for our server that she finally came over to take our order. After that, we waited nearly 40 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, most of it was only semi-warm. The only dish that came out fresh and hot was the steak tostones, which were delicious. Everything else, including the other entrées and sides, was lukewarm and honestly disappointing. What makes this even more frustrating is that this wasn't my first experience like this. I had previously visited with a friend and received the same poor service and semi-cold food. I decided to give Yarumba another chance by coming back with my daughter, hoping the first visit had just been an off day. Sadly, nothing had changed. It seems like the staff spends more time talking amongst themselves than checking on customers or making sure food is coming out promptly. Good food and a fun atmosphere can only make up for so much when the service consistently falls short. At this point, I don't see myself coming back for dinner. If I do return, it would only be to sit at the bar for drinks. I truly hope management addresses these issues because the restaurant has a lot of potential.

As soon as you walk in bachata is playing in the background and you are greeted with a warm welcome. I went with my mom who is wheelchair bound and every single person from the customers to the employees offered to help move chairs around and tables so she would be comfortable. Everyone was so pleasant and nice. I would come back alone just for the hospitality. If you're expecting constant check in from the waitress- this is not the place. If you want their attention you call them and they will come to you. They have a food bar where you can go and order the food or sit down and they take your order. The manager also goes around asking the tables if they need anything and engages with the customers. Even the cook knows the regulars as he came out and greeted the customers sitting by the bar. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with the picadera. It's about $25 but it's enough to fill 5 people as an appetizer. It has everything from tostones to different meats. We then ordered a morir sonando and my day was made! A true Dominican staple. And of course we couldn't leave without ordering Los tres Golpes. My boyfriend had never had Dominican food and he absolutely loved it. This is one of the best authentic Dominican restaurants in South Florida.

First things first...I found this place on a random Sunday morning, and was like heyyy this is great, why don't I go here for breakfast to have some Dominican breakfast...it was like 10am..come to find out they don't open until 11am. Cool, maybe I'll try them some other time. The next evening, I decide to go back because I saw on their storefront they sell chimi's...I pull up, all lights are off. It's Monday, they're closed. Fine. This past Sunday, I try for my very last time...3rd times a charm, right? Wrong. This time they're at least open!! I see on their storefront that they have sancocho, so my mom and I decide to go in. As soon as I walked in, I found it very odd that there is no music or tv playing. They could've been playing a little bachata or merengue, come on...ambiance?!? Whatever. I also find it weird they have a huge "Corona Beer" banner instead of Presidente...odd. We're greeted by a server who's not Dominican. (Right there is a red flag for me, I tend to like Dominicans serving to feel like home but as long as the cook is Dominican, fine.) She proceeds to give us 1 menu and tells us to sit anywhere and she'll be right with us. She takes forever to get to us, when she finally comes to our table, I decide to order a chimi that I've been wanting for a week...she says "sorry, we don't have chimis. As a matter of fact, we don't have anything with bread." Umm ok. I then tell my mom to order because I now need more time to look at their menu...my mom orders sancocho. She replies "sorry we don't have sancocho right now". (Even though their sign is blinking outside with sancocho.) I then ordered something with plátano, and she said they don't have any either. How do you have a Dominican restaurant and not have plátano on deck??! Who's doing the inventory in this place?!? It's lunchtime, what the heck? The server recommends the yaroa, which for ppl who don't know what that is, is like street food...fries, cheese and meat...I would eat this after the club, not really for lunch. At that point, we decided to just walk out, which is such a shame because even though their menu was limited, it all sounded good but they just didn't have anything available. SMH. I tried 3 times...I will not be back. There are far more restaurants that will gladly take my money. I'm giving 2 stars...1 because parking is available because it's in a plaza, and 2 because they're Dominican and wanted various items off the menu.
