Fries aren't necessarily anything to write home about, but they were hot and crispy, and I liked their seasoning. They also offer lobster in a stuffed avocado and a couple of different seafood rolls as well. We will definitely be keeping our eye out for this food truck in the future. If you order to go or (as I did) eat at one their outside tables, you stand by It was fairly busy on the Saturday afternoon, so the wait was about 20 minutes, but the order taker was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We ordered the fires wing plate with potato salad and okra, served with your choice of cornbread or roll. We also ordered it flounder and shrimp plate with collards and Mac and cheese and cornbread (as a Southern boy, you have to have cornbread with collard greens). For drinks, we had sweet tea, which was served in unmarked but sealed bottles. The wings were freshly fried, cooked perfectly, and the sides were very good. The flounder had a few tiny bones, but was generous, freshly prepared and very good. The shrimp were fine, too. Good collards and Mac and cheese, and the cornbread was good, too. It had sugar in it, but wasn't overly sweet. Prices were reasonable, the food was very good. I'd definitely consider them for a future visit. Aside from the fairly long wait for the food, the experience was good. You might want to check out the daily specials (see the attached photo). I have mixed feelings about tipping when the only person you interact with is the one who takes your order and takes your money, especially when presented with a touchscreen that implies percentages over 20%, but there was a small army of staff behind the counter, so I assume the tips are shared and all of them were obviously working hard. Whether it's called "comfort food," "soul food," or "Southern food," this is a solid entry in the Greensboro area.
