It was under-seasoned, wasn't peeled or deveined as ordered, and was gritty. We also never received the corn that was supposed to come with the boil. We could have mentioned it, but by that point we were already so disappointed that we didn't bother. The king crab legs were clearly not fresh. The shells were so old and pliable that they bent instead of cracking properly, and the inner membrane stuck to the meat. We didn't eat it. They made another order which was the same. Our waitress said they don't receive orders for the KC often so they may have been old. Ummmmm! The service didn't help the experience. The staff seemed standoffish from the beginning.
