The people behind us had been complaining of not getting their food, which should've been a signal. All around us, no one was getting their food, and the food coming out of the kitchen was sparse. Pretty sure they overloaded the kitchen staff, and the waiters took the heat because all I heard/saw was them apologizing for the long wait. If you ordered drinks or raw seafood, you got that ok. Otherwise, you would be SOL. We did not get any food until 8:20!!! And that includes our appetizers. Our entrees came out about 10-15 mins later because our waiter put in everything so there was no downtime. This included hungry children, which was just basically Mac and cheese, which we needed to be reheated cause it was so watery. All we got from the manager was a sorry. Even after we told them that this was bad managing of food service, number of reservations, etc. They did not offer any discount for the wait of our reservation or food. No 'hey', here's a complimentary dessert. Nothing but "sorry". Seems like a money grab that night.
