The cheesesteak was hot, tasty, with roasted peppers and onions in a super-fresh baguette. The steak, itself, was chopped up and seasoned perfectly with a nice char on the edges. The sandwich was pretty darn good. It comes with a bag of housemade seasoned chips and a kosher spear. The chips need a little work; they were a little over seasoned and under fried. What I can tell you about the BLT is it's HUGE! A mountain of bacon between two slices of Texas toast with butter lettuce and fine, ripe tomatoes. I wish I'd ordered that because she couldn't finish all the bacon.... gasp! The service is very friendly and, as mentioned, fast. We were served, done and gone in less than 30 minutes. The biscuits and gravy was phenomenal, and I really liked how they added scrambled eggs to top them. This is something I've never seen before and the result was great! As far as the bakery items (croissant, sourdough, and cookies) I feel like my review won't do them justice because they weren't eaten until I got home a few days later. The buffet does help with this but when you come for ayce bbq and hotpot you do want to eat the actual meat cuts. My last visit the meats were extremely overmarinated and unbearably salty. Also, the meats are not cut properly against the grain which makes them extremely tough. I really wanted to like this place but I hope they can fix these issues. Its not worth the money currently but I'll give them a year and then try again..
