Went last minute & the tacos & menudo did not disappoint!! The pastor as well as the asada tacos were the best out of all the ones we tried. Menudo was fresh, tasted great & the pan was the best I've had with Menudo. Definitely glad I finally stopped in! Waitress was friendly & very attentive too.

First off, I want to compliment our amazing waitress. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but she was so accommodating and patient towards my party- my husband and I, our 2 year old son, my mother in law, and my elderly aunt. (JIC management is reading this, we were in Monday 6/6/2022 in the early evening.) The chips and spicy salsa we started with were tasty and they were served with a yummy bean dip my son couldn't get enough of. My mother in law got the tortilla soup, and enjoyed it, even though she said it was different than what she had discovered on our trip to Puerta Vallarta last summer. She also got enchiladas, which were pretty good too - since the portions are pretty big she shared with us. One thing to note is that El Valle doesn't have alcohol- my aunt wanted a margarita and we had to wait til we got home, but no biggie. My aunt got the nachos, which she said were fantastic. After our meal she approached our waitress to let her know how good they were and that she'd be thinking about them after she goes home out of state. My husband and I split the large chicken fajitas. They were also tasty and came in such a big order we were able to take our leftovers home and make tacos out of them for 3 + a toddler a few nights later. We'll definitely be back- so glad we decided to try this place!

Love love love their lunch specials. Super affordable and the portions are big. You can share or take home for leftovers. I think the most expensive item was $10? Anyway, it's worth it! The food tasted delicious too. They start you out with a complimentary chips and salsa AND bean dip. I thought that was different. But the bean dip was so good! Lots of flavor. Note: They don't serve alcohol here.

I came here this weekend and I thought it was a good meal with nice staff. The prices are good the food was good and the service was good but not sure if I would ever crave the dishes I had. I tried the breakfast burrito and it had a lot of potatoes but very little egg which I was bummed about. The Fajitas are pictured below which again were good but the chicken lacked a bit of flavor.

This restaurant doesn't look like much driving by but it is definitely worth trying. Staff is friendly. I saw them taking their time cleaning the restaurant to prepare for the evening rush. We got a Barbacoa Gordita, mole enchilada, and chimichanga. All delicious and very CHEAP pricing for the highland area! Note that they do not sell alcohol of any kind. I love a good margarita with Mexican food but I promise it's worth the trip without it!

I grabbed a seat at the bar where the bartender was friendly and engaging. On a recent Wednesday at 7:15, the restaurant was packed. When I left around 8:30, it was still busy. That's usually the best review a restaurant can get. Loyal customers don't keep coming back out of habit. They come back because it feels like home. The all-day happy hour margarita for $9 certainly doesn't hurt. The second one arrives before you've had time to argue yourself out of it. I ordered the enchiladas with carne asada and their house mole. If you're expecting one of those intensely complex moles with enough ingredients to fill a pantry, this isn't that. Adelitas' version is comforting, approachable, and deeply homey. It tastes less like a culinary experiment and more like something your abuela has been making for decades. The carne asada was tender, the rice and beans were exactly what they should be, and every bite reminded me why comfort food never goes out of style. Before leaving, I made the smartest decision of the evening. Tres leches to go. I devoured it later at home while Netflix asked if I was still watching. The cake somehow manages to be light while completely satisfying. Don't skip it. Better yet, don't pretend you're saving it for tomorrow. Adelitas isn't trying to impress you. It's trying to feed you well, welcome you warmly, and send you home happier than when you arrived. Whether your abuela was Mexican...or Greek...you'll understand exactly what they're serving here.

Seeing their prominent signage out front, one immediately senses the high reputation of this establishment, and it delivers in every single respect. Both the exterior presentation and interior arrangement radiate genuine charm and elegance, creating an inviting, lively setting for a weekend meal. The hospitality was top-tier from the moment I crossed the threshold gracious, spirited, and delightfully warm. To begin, I ordered a Spicy Margarita, which was an absolute masterpiece! Mixed to sheer perfection, it offered a brilliant, fiery kick that served as the ultimate weekend refreshment. For my main course, I selected the Fajita Burrito, generously smothered in their signature Green Chili sauce. Personally I got the carnitas and was shocked at the portion! The presentation was beautiful and overall it was quite tasty. The hard part with this meal was that the black bean puree was underneath all the meat and au jus so it was a bit challenging to scoop up and put in the tacos. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we were pretty stuffed that we couldn't make it to dessert.
