If you want the product the way they make it without eliminating or changing an item don't hesitate to order from here. My issue was I had a request to change FROM chipotle sour cream TO regular sour cream on an order of Carne Asada Fries. On the app there is a box that says "Preferences...add special instructions ". I didn't want to chance it so I went and ordered at the restaurant. The young girl behind the register was nice and pleasant and let me order directly to her. She seemed to understand what my request was. Unfortunately when I got home it was wrong, it had the chipotle sour cream on it. It's just very disappointing when I took special steps to get it right that it was wrong. I asked the young lady when she handed me my order if she thought I would have got the swapped ingredient had I requested it in the "Preferences Special request box on the app. She said yes. Fortunately it was not a food allergy issue it was just a taste preference. So now Taco Stand has dropped off my Taco Tuesday lineup options. The food is good just don't try to alter the ingredients. You got time to call me to pick up my order, but not give me silverware or napkins. It took everything in me not to drop the food back off and ask for my tip back.
