As a man I can tell the difference in quality coming to a barber vs. a cosmotologist. Barbers like EZ know how to cut men's hair properly so you look good and feel good. I called today to ask if I could come in for a quick fix, fully expecting there might be a small charge for the adjustment. I was surprised to be told I would need to pay for a full service again ($45), especially considering I had just spent around $90 two days ago. This was disappointing, as I was simply hoping for a minor correction rather than a completely new service. I've always supported your business and recommended it often, which is why this experience was upsetting.
