They had me fill out some paperwork, and the employee responsible told me it would be resolved in three days a week at most. Today marks three full months, and I'm still waiting. RAMÓN, the manager, hasn't even taken 10 minutes to go to Toyota and get the replacement part. Instead, he keeps giving excuses and vague promises that they'll "handle it eventually," with no real timeline or action. We've gone back to the carwash multiple times, wasted our time, and sent countless messages all ignored. They're clearly hoping we'll give up and fix the problem ourselves. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If they damage your vehicle, they will NOT take responsibility. They'll stall, avoid you, and hope you just let it go. When I insisted on an in-person inspection, David shifted his story multiple times, offering ridiculous explanations like someone "set something" on the hood or leaned their elbow on it, causing the dent. None of this made any sense, especially since my car is brand new, has never been through another wash, and hasn't even had its first oil change. After three months of wasted time and zero accountability, they refused to offer any compensation or help with the repairs. If you value your car, **do not** bring it here. After paying, the staff walked off without providing aftercare instructions or our keys (they weren't in the car as claimed, but still in the shop). The pickup process felt rushed and uncomfortable. After a walk in the nearby park, we inspected the car more closely and noticed extensive damage to the headliner--particularly in areas where stains had been. Research confirmed this kind of fabric is delicate and can easily be damaged by aggressive scrubbing. I immediately texted them with photos and asked for a call. When I asked him "why didn't someone offer me vacuuming when I paid for my wash". He told me "I have been telling the owner for a year to put a sign up". Now I have to find another car wash to get my car wash. Right after I paid for a car wash at this location. Suggestion to the management. When a customer gets a car wash, ask them if they want interior. Also have the guy drying down the car wait for the owner to inspect the car before they walk away. I called St Charles Auto Spa and asked to speak with the manager. Once we talked with Bill, he asked me to come in to get a look of it and did a spot test for free to see if it would work. After looking at my car he ran me down his plan and was very transparent with his thoughts on what would come off and what could be tricky. He gave me a good price based off the state of my car and was very personable. I dropped my car off and it took him and his team 6 hours and they were able to make my car look brand new. No more train residue and I am so thankful!

When I pulled up to have the car hand dried, I showed the gentleman my receipt so he knew I paid for the upgraded interior. My car needed it. Not quite sure what I paid for. See the pictures after getting my car back. Dirt and grime on the console, not even vacuumed or wiped. Console still has a ton of dust on it. No rag touched it. Go here for a basic car wash, anything extra plan on being disappointed.
