Partially corroded and unsafe to continue a far distance, we pushed through to stop and wait at our hotel in Mid Beach. Upon contacting the store asap, Bikes & Segway employee Daenna went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure our bike was exchanged in the most expeditious and convenient manner. She was given clearance the next day to PERSONALLY drive 50 blocks with a replacement bicycle in excellent condition, and pick up the old one with few questions asked. We enjoyed our safe and comfortable bikes from B&S the rest of our trip thanks to the superior customer service provided from their star employee, Daenna, who we predict to become the future manager!

Next food stop was samosas, delicious and the restaurant was beautiful!! More art then we had a tropical sandwich that was to die for-mozzarella, tomato, basil, mango and pineapple-such a unique and delicious sandwich. The vinaigrette that was in the sandwich I bought a bottle to bring home More art and food stop #4 Joe's Pizza-new York style foldable and everything. More murals and then a cookie from Night Owl. We loved hearing the stories about the commissioned artists, some of their trademarks to notice as we walked around, and the different mediums they use to 'paint' their murals. All in all we met great people, ate fantastic food, and saw some beautiful, meaningful art. We ended at the Wynwood museum, we could explore there as long as we wished. Highly recommend!!!

Both are located near public parking garages, but you might be able to find 1 hour of street parking for $4-something or 2 hours of street parking for $9.45 (what we paid). If using one of the public parking garages, I think the rates are $10/hr or $50/day. We decided to go with Sun & Fun Cycles since both places seemed to be a toss up in terms of reviews. Also, The Bike Shack is closer to Hollywood Blvd, so our assumption was street parking would be more difficult to secure. We called before committing to a parking spot in order to confirm their location and the availability of the bike we wanted, and all of our questions were answered in a friendly and professional tone over the phone. The bike we chose for our party of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids 10 and under) was the 4-wheel Surrey. We decided to rent it for (1) hour, which was $35. You can either pay with cash or Zelle (no fees) or do a credit card transaction with a fee. While renting the bike, you leave your ID at the bike shop. We ended up biking for about 45 minutes, riding north to Thomas St, then south to Georgia St, and finally north again to get back to Sun & Fun Cycles. During the ride, we tried having (2) adults and (1) kid on the bench and (1) kid on the bench-basket, and (2) adults on the bench with (2) kids on basket-bench. Each of these seating arrangements worked fine. However, both of the adults had very sore bottoms at the end from the uncomfortable bench seat. Other than that, this was a memorable and fun activity for all.

But overall, all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The waterways were fairly easy to navigate and a great way to get up close with Florida's lovely and expansive wildlife/sealife and the all the water equipment were in good conditions.

The equipment is clean and the trip is worth it, plan for a good weather day because i feel like this is the only way to really enjoy it. I will be back to visit again for sure.

We called the police and made them open a investigation. However, 2 day later when we called the miami beach police, they said the case was closed. After that we accepted to pay 350 dollars, we used our credit cards and while we are getting charged, it was written as 350 but after that we all 3 people have been charged for 600. Additionally, we have heard that there are 3 different people who got stolen their cars and bicycles.They are making money IN THIS WAY. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
