Each time they were super professional and helpful. Really positive experience, got done exactly what I needed to get done, reasonable price. They're very conscientious about the details too. With the toilets, with the one we were replacing it was really important that we get the identical one to replace it, the same form factor etc. A couple days after I made the order but in advance of the visit Debi called and was uncertain about product number we'd found on the toilet we were replacing. Something didn't seem quite right. The product number of the base of the toilet didn't seem to match the model of the lid and the color of the porcelain didn't match. After a little more investigating we discovered the at some point before we owned the home someone had replaced the lid with one from a different model and painted it to match. Long story short tracking down this detail meant avoiding ordering and installing the wrong model. Again, just real attention to detail. I recommend them.

We had them come in and they cleaned & serviced boiler, told us things to fix, took a deposit for the new work and $450 for the cleaning. The very next day our heat (that was working fine before) broke. We called them to to come fix the problem and after talking about various parts we needed and wasting time they said - we are actually not experts in gas boiler systems, the guy that was retired last week. somehow this didn't seem like relevant information to share w us before servicing our boiler or accepting a job to fix things. Not sure how this was not relevant info to share w us before calling to do the service call. Its like having someone operate on you wo a medical degree. Now we have to also pay another company (who are experts in boilers) to fix the damage done by Harvest. And they wont refund us the $450

Updated 6/2026: The dual capacitor on our main floor condenser unit went out the other day, likely…read moredue it trying to kick on right as a power outage occurred due to a storm; we heard it happen. It worked for about a day and then the next morning we awoke to the condenser fan running but not compressor action; the dual-cap was shot, and the temperature in our house was raising quickly during the heat wave. We called Beluga and Jason was at our house within a few hours. Replaced dual-cap with higher quality replacement and our A/C was replaced before we had time to be stressed about it going out! Jason was awesome, authentic, and communicative. Our third transaction with Beluga, and we've been pleased with all of them. Maybe 4 stars for total charge being on the high range, but sticking with 5 for excellent quick same-day service. 4.5 rounded up to 5! 2026: Called Beluga for regular HVAC preventative maintenance and to have additional safety shutoffs installed in attic unit. Water was found leaking from the flue leaving the inducer outlet. I was not happy with the technician's expertise, practices, or knowledge while troubleshooting the water problem, nor did I have confidence the problem was fixed after a limited effort to get the water to stop leaking temporarily. The next day, the furnace was not working due to ignition lockout error codes and the flue was still leaking from when the furnace would run for a short time. I believe that something was damaged while the tech aggressively checked for leaks of the inducer, blaming it on a missing screw that was not in fact missing. So I was NOT happy with the service provided in this initial visit and it would've rated a 0-star review. HOWEVER, once speaking with Billy the owner and communicating the situation, he sent Erich on two visits to fix the leak, replace the inducer motor, and the electronic control board with no charge to me. After these visits, everything was restored to working order and the customer service I received recovering from the intial frustating encounter was beyond excellent. Service snafus are going to happen from time to time. How they are handled I believe is really how a company should be rated, and Beluga handled my problems amazingly. My two other encounters in 2025 and just recently, along with how this was handled, allows me to comfortably rate Beluga with 5 stars even after the failed service visit. Prior service from 2025: Billy, Donnie G., and the whole Beluga team were great dealing with my leaking heat exchanger. Donnie was prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, and forthright with what the possible issues, scenarios, and fixes could be. We had to do a return visit to fully fix the problem, but this was well understood by me from the get-go that it might be necessary and overall thought the cost of the total repair was reasonable. It was nice to have a contractor in the home that I felt I could trust and knew what he was doing. I would recommend Beluga for your HVAC needs. Thanks, guys!

First of all, I am not from Greensboro, NC. I live in Northern Westchester and used Roto Router…read morerecently which turned into a horror show as far as expense. I had them clear a clog due to my sewer drain backing up which was disgusting so in a pinch I decided to use them. They came out and did perform the service and charged me $900 which I found out was about twice the cost compared to other services in the area. They then offered me a FREE video inspection of my sewer line which was done the next day that took about 15 minutes to do. At that point I was told that my pipe outside may be askew which could have caused the backup. The tech who performed this was very unprofessional and quick to let me know the minimal amount of details needed and was very quick to pack up his camera before I had a chance to take video or pictures of the results myself since I was called away momentarily. When I asked for me to do that I was told that I should have done it earlier. He then came back to tell me for them to fix the problem it would cost $9,000 - YES $9,000! I told him I wanted a copy of his inspection at which point he said he would submit it to his office and I could get one once that's done. I called to get it a day later and their office told me that the tech will call me back which he did and said that he was going to the office to submit it and that if i want a copy of it - IT WOULD COST AN ADDITIONAL $750 - YES $750 for me to obtain the video taken of MY PIPES in MY HOUSE !!!!! It is mind numbing that ROTO ROUTER has the audacity to charge those type of prices. I spoke to his boss later that day who told me he could nothing about it and that I was supposed to be told about the charges by the tech when he performed the service which he NEVER DID!! Then it became a "he said, she said" situation which I knew I would lose. His boss promised me he would at least call me back with the details of the inspection and never did after me calling him back at least 5 to 6 times and texting him as well. So much for being professional. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS and check out local options for these types of services - you will not be sorry.
