I have called three times to ask for an itemized bill and they ignore the request every single time. That is shady right there. Sad to say I would not recommend them anymore. I mentioned other estimates and he kindly agreed to do the job for a bit over other estimates. I agreed to I the price as he is local. I than called him to give me an estimate on paper or e mailed he stated it was a small job and it is not necessary. I than called again a week later advising him that I will need an estimate. He stated again that he will not issue an estimate, I told him that I really would like to see him do the job and if he does not provide the estimate than I do not know if we will go ahead with having him do the job, he stated that he is okay with that and ended the call.

Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

After…read moreconfirming that they service my area, the person answering the phone was unable to answer my questions but assured me that the owner would return my call to move this job forward. Now, I'm a landlord and deal with tradesman and contractors frequently. I always ask for an hourly rate for labor, because if they tell you that "we quote you a job price and we charge a diagnostic fee" you have no idea how long that job will take, and it almost always benefits the contractor greatly, and you pay them whether you hire them or not. Instead of $120 per hour, it ends up being twice that much. To make a long story short, they never returned my call to answer my questions, so I hired a company that did return my calls. It was nothing more than a big waste of time for me, which,apparently, they couldn't care less.
