It's funny to say that I already have somewhat of a tan,being Latin and all,I catch color pretty easy! But I love Electric Tan because it gives me that kiss-by-the-sun glowy look,and I love that even tone look All-Around my body,if you know what I mean! It makes me feel more comfortable wearing bathing suits as well! I have came here since I did beauty pageants,and the tan last quite a few days,for their prices,I think it's definitely reasonable! All the beds are great, but I LOVE the stand up, & LOVE the newest high pressure bed even more!! I definitely recommend it, I saw great color after only one time!! Also, it's nice that the bulbs in all the beds seem to be changed regularly, so you always know you're going to get your moneys worth.=) read more

Just dropped in for a spray tan I did not even appointment and their prices were better than any others in the area. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful since I hadn't spray tanned in a long time. They have lots if clean rooms and options, packages and discount days too which I really appreciate. I will definitely be coming back the next time I need to do some tanning. read more

You guys should consider putting on your website that you take your last spray tan at 8:30pm even though you're stated hours are that you're open until 9. Wanted to take advantage of Mystic Monday before a river trip this weekend but was turned away 5 mins past the deadline. I love this place. The staff is awesome and they always have really good deals. Most of the tanning beds are new and they're always clean.

The only tanning machine I have ever used is the leg tanner at this salon. I know of 4 other tanning salons that used to be within 2 miles of this one and all of their customers now go here. The people at this salon are friendly. $6 for one session and $15 for three, you can't beat that. read more

I started going to Electric Tan after I had bad experience with other tanning salons, that was ten years ago. I would not go anywhere else. I moved to Moreno Valley and have several salons within walking distances, however Electric Tan gives you that welcome atmosphere, the staff is great, the place is very clean and the owner, she is always treating customers with consideration and kindness. I love this place! The staff are very nice and helpful. The facility is always clean as well as all the beds. They have great packages and deals. They have two stand up mid pressure beds, which work great if you want to gain a good base. They have a high pressure bed that gives you a great bronzed look. They also have several lay down low pressure beds & even a leg tanner! They have a good selection of lotions also and they also sell candles that smell so good. Horrible management and staff. Never give them credit card info. Filled out paperwork to cancel monthly tanning 3 times and they still continue to charge me. When I try calling to tell them they offer me no refund and keep giving me different info each time. Horrible place. read more

Hours stated open until 9. Showed up at 7:50 and door was locked. Apparently winter hours are different. Okay no prob. Can I see a price list so I can know if we (2 person deal) want to sign up here or another tanning salon? No we can't do that. Ah okay. How much is it for a month of spray tan? $70 if you're on continuous membership or $140 if you're not on continuous billing. Wait, what? $140? Yes. Ah. I had a Spray La Vie in Beverly Hills and its $59 unlimited. In Beverly Hills. This is La Habra.....I don't think someone here even has $140 to spend much less for an old school mystic not a new versa spray. I don't know what owners teach their staff, of how to interact with customers, how to treat them, but I would guarantee I could make this location 10-15% more profitable just by retraining the staff to be friendly and a basic sales training. People in business always seem to forget the cardinal rule: YOU need clients, clients don't need YOU. Treat them correctly. read more

GUARD YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. I RARELY HAVE EVER HAD A COMPLAINT AGAINST A COMPANY.. Only this 1 complaint on yelp. I cancelled the agreement via email to the email posted on their site. They could have responded and told me to come in and cancel in person, or that when I did go in, they should have said hey we need you to sign this form. Instead, they ignored my 30 day cancellation, and ignored telling me about it when I went in and just debited my card. When I asked them why they debited my card, they responded, you need to read your contract. Well, being a guy that teaches contract law for a living, there is nothing lawful about making you sign another contract to get out of a contract. In other words, a particular form to make them stop debiting is only an excuse to keep people's card being charged. I wish there was some more integrity here. I had to cancel my card and now they are disputing the charge back. Desperate people. read more

I have had many issues when I come here. I have been turned down twice when they are still open 45 more minutes also the girls who work there are not very helpful they just always quote "this is the rules" and turn down coupons and discounts. I always feel like they just don't want to help the customer. Once my tans are used up I will not return. read more

This place is fantastic. First off, the girls are always really sweet and helpful which is really nice. They always have different specials and incentives, which is also nice, but most importantly these are my favorite tanning beds! They definitely change the bulbs regularly, if not more often than even needed, so you get what you pay for and they upgrade the equipment when necessary. Love the new high pressure bed with half the tan time! I don't tan a whole lot, but over the years I've been to several places and this is far and away my favorite. I haven't been anywhere else since I found this place. Note- I'm not a huge Yelper... If it isn't fantastic or awful I don't have time to write reviews and I'm hesitant that people will heed my review and I won't be able to get an appointment with great ease like I currently do, but this establishment definitely deserves 5 stars! Electric tan is the best place to tan. I live in Huntington Beach and drive all the way up there to tan. Lori is so awesome, probably because we share the same Birthday. All the girls she hires are so sweet and nice. They don't rush you to tan, they will chat with and listen to your day, as I will listen to them. I went to tan in September 18th and Lauren and Taylor were working. They were so both sweet and nice. This could be long but I'll make it short. Lauren, you know how it was when you were trying to give me pens, it was so funny and you grabbed them and gave them to me. Then when I left you gave me a hug, which I so needed, as I've been going through alot. There is more to the story as I told Lori already, but I want people to read this yelp. Lauren has the best customer service I've ever seen, as I'm in the same customer service myself. You want a great place to tan, and have the best customer service ever, I highly recommend Electric Tan. This is why I continue to drive all the way up there from Huntington Beach.
