My mom and I went here on my 19th birthday in January to get matching tattoos. We were wanting to…read moredo our fingerprints in a heart. I was already on the fence about this place when an older gentleman kept being low key disrespectful to us. We told him our idea and he then proceeded to tell us he has non of the stuff to help us with the literal tattoo design (ex. Ink to press our fingers on to get our prints) we had to go to the bank next door and ask them for ink and I honestly should've let them tattoo us then this guy. Once we came back with a bunch of prints he proceeded to tell us they're all bad, but can manage one of them. I wish I told my mom to leave but she wants to see the good in everything but I'm so upset that I didn't push her more that day. I've gotten two decently sized, detailed as fuck thigh tattoos that have taken an hour. But these took 2 hours!! Probably because he kept taking smoke breaks. Literally in the middle of our tattoos he would go smoke -_- I'm only writing this now because I looked back on a picture I took of the tattoo the first night I go it vs now. Also there is a big lumpy scar by wrist from this tat which is.... You know what... I hope this was helpful in picking wether or not you should come here.

No matter what I come up with in the future Eric and Scott are going to be there to continue the job. I love showing it off because it looks great!! Come to see them at their NEW LOCATION by Carol House and Bobby's Place. You'll SEE the talent that I see. Both guys are good conversationalists and want to discuss how they can give you the best tattoos and piercings in the area! I've visited the others and after 16 years with Scott and Eric it reaffirms my choice. So come on, make friends and grab a brew next door!

For me, it's an uncomfortable experience especially when your tattoos simply aren't "you" anymore, but the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel very comfortable. Kayla at the Kirkwood location is absolutely wonderful... she is informative, patient, and very knowledgeable about treatment strategies and expected outcomes. Take it from someone who has been to multiple other laser treatment centers, the lump sum payment/laser for life is the ONLY way to go. When I had my first tattoo removed, the staff wouldn't quote me on a timeline, but gave me their best guess of 8 treatments. 14 treatments later, I still wasn't satasfied with progress and having to reach deeper into my pockets. Removal is contingent on a variety of unique factors, so it's best to buy the entire removal package than to pay as you go. Overall, I'm happy to have found this place and highly recommend over other treatment centers.

They have deals if you buy more than one session at a time so take advantage of that. I was told not to buy a package because I won't need all of the sessions. Turns out I need all of the sessions. I am supposed to go back in a few weeks and hopefully I can get the package price since they are the ones that told me not to buy it. There is a ton of traffic around the location but once you're able to find it, parking is quick and painless... unlike the procedure you're about to sit through! They do have a cold air blast that they leave on the tattoo during the session which helps a bit.

My most recent experience here was to finally get microblading done after a long journey! Let me…read morestart by saying this: it is WORTH YOUR MONEY TO FIND AN ARTIST YOU LOVE!!! I went to someone who was in my price range a few years ago because I wAnTeD tHeM RiGhT NoW and was too impatient to save up more money. They didn't match each other and the color turned out dark purple, so I politely expressed my concerns with the original artist at my touch-up session. Unfortunately it still didn't go well, and I ended up with what you see in my "before" picture. Soon after that, I went to Frida Cosmetic Art to start the saline removal process. She had a daunting task ahead of her. It took 5 sessions due to how deep and thick the previous "artist" did it. Each removal session was reasonably priced and had impressive results. After that difficult experience, I decided I wanted to be a microblading artist myself. Perla Olave, the owner of Frida, provided in-depth training sessions and allowed me to shadow her a couple times. She is an amazing instructor, but I'm not ready to try microblading on a real person yet. As it turns out, it's way harder than it looks! Now, I truly appreciate the talent, skill, and dedication it takes to be a reputable artist. Last week, she did my microblading for the first time. She did a combo brow with nanoblading. This means that there are microblade strokes at the head and nanoblade for the rest of my eyebrow. We chose this because I barely have any eyebrow hair and she had to work over a few of the botched remnants that were too stubborn for the saline removal. After the 1st session, my brows look soooo much better than I ever thought possible! I literally cannot believe that this is my face when I catch a glance in the mirror. I'm excited for the "final product" after my 2nd session in a few weeks!!! I would 1000000% recommend Perla Olave of Frida Cosmetic Art for microblading to anyone who wants great eyebrows.
