B/c my Mercedes had a high pressure radiator hose (maybe they all do?) they had the right equipment to repressurize the system. I could not have had a better outcome to a bad car breakdown scenario.

I also spoke with Assistant Service Manager Brendan Cooney, who came out, looked at it, and made excuses instead of taking responsibility. No help whatsoever. This is especially frustrating because I have a prepaid service plan through November 2027 that I purchased with my truck. Despite that, I will never return to this dealership. To make matters worse, the Toyota dealership in Santa Rosa hit my truck while it was in for service. Two different dealerships, same lack of professionalism and accountability. I strongly caution anyone considering these dealerships to think twice. The lack of care for customers and their vehicles is unacceptable.

Terrible, awful people and service. We took our camper in to get the outlet installed in the bed of…read moreour truck (for the camper to plug into) and an entire re-seal. - They re-sealed about half of the camper. The roof has messy globs of caulking all over, like they took no pride in their job. The sides weren't even touched. - Upon removing the camper from the truck, we discovered they had removed our stock Lance camper plug and attached a towing trailer outlet to it instead. Now we don't have the original cord that came with the camper, that we were specifically told not to alter. - They started an outlet hole in the bed of the truck, changed it, and didn't properly fix the first hole they made. - When they were finished, they left our truck and camper out in front of their closed shop, left us a voicemail, and put our keys in the unlocked water heater compartment. Anybody could have driven away with our truck and camper. - And lastly, the rude woman Christine screamed at me on the phone because I questioned the safety of where they left our property, and because I went and grabbed our keys from the camper while my boyfriend was at work. And we paid $800 for the service. Truly outraged!

I went in at the start of a calendar quarter this year, when there were fewer shoppers around. DIllon was calm and knowledgeable; and patient (took the time to run through all the dashboard settings and configure it as I wanted before I drove off). I knew what I wanted going in; this probably also helped make the purchase pretty quick and easy. They did let me take an extended test drive. Never been to this dealership before (former BMW 3 series owner). re: the car, Honda Civic Hybrid. I'm at around 1500 miles since purchase, 20%-30% highway driving. As you can see from the photo, I'm now over 53 MPG, beyond my expectations. Part of that is fewer highway miles, and keeping my speed lower there. Part of it is the design of the engine. You will sometimes be driving on the battery ("EV") even at 65-70 mph while in "Normal" mode. And at 20 mph you may be on gas for awhile even in "Econ" mode (I don't use Sport mode). The handling, steering, braking is surprisingly good, smooth, nimble. Not surprising, in hindsight, it was named one of Ward's 10 Best Engines. This also fit in my garage (the Accord is around 196 inches and would have been a much tighter fit). Thanks to Dillon, Stewart and Hansel for all of the above. DC

One guy took the person behind me to wait on when opening a new register, although I was standing right there and had been waiting for some time. He wouldn't even look at me. When I brought back a tool I'd rented (and had not used), the woman I dealt with took so long to inspect the item and dicker with the account I thought I was going to grow roots. She peered at the unused tool for ages, then wanted my address, phone number, blood type, etc. AND THEN wanted to credit my card rather than give me the cash deposit from the previous day, and she sternly argued with me even though I had the receipt that clearly showed sixty bucks of the total had been for a cash deposit. I mean, it wasn't hard to figure out... Not coming back here if I can help it. They're cheap and they do seem to stock items fairly well, but the employees (except that one girl) need major improvement.
