    I recently bought a 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser from Hansel Toyota in Petaluma and had the pleasure of working with Ricardo Alcazar. From the first text message, Ricardo was responsive, professional, and refreshingly low-pressure. He walked me through the car's features thoroughly and respectfully, never trying to "sell" me--just making sure I had what I needed to make my own decision. The biggest win? I told him I didn't want to spend the afternoon at the dealership--I wanted to be out the door with the car in under an hour. He pulled it off flawlessly. If you value clear communication, efficiency, and being treated like a real person, ask for Ricardo. He's a standout.

    So we went in on a Saturday looking for a replacement for my passport and test drove a few cars and the rav4 plug in was okay I didn't love it as much as I thought would and Josh seen tha so he said let's look at the crown he did warn me it's on the pricey side..Boy let me tell you as soon as I sat down I was in love it had everything I wanted well except for the heads up display which I'm use to from my Hondas but it does have the 360 camera which I wanted and a heated steering wheel...Josh and Nick were very helpful in this buying experience made it a tad bit less stressful buying cars for me is always stressful also out finance person Ivan was pretty Awesome as well!Thanks again guys for all your help and answer to all my questions!

I went in at the start of a calendar quarter this year, when there were fewer shoppers around. DIllon was calm and knowledgeable; and patient (took the time to run through all the dashboard settings and configure it as I wanted before I drove off). I knew what I wanted going in; this probably also helped make the purchase pretty quick and easy. They did let me take an extended test drive. Never been to this dealership before (former BMW 3 series owner). re: the car, Honda Civic Hybrid. I'm at around 1500 miles since purchase, 20%-30% highway driving. As you can see from the photo, I'm now over 53 MPG, beyond my expectations. Part of that is fewer highway miles, and keeping my speed lower there. Part of it is the design of the engine. You will sometimes be driving on the battery ("EV") even at 65-70 mph while in "Normal" mode. And at 20 mph you may be on gas for awhile even in "Econ" mode (I don't use Sport mode). The handling, steering, braking is surprisingly good, smooth, nimble. Not surprising, in hindsight, it was named one of Ward's 10 Best Engines. This also fit in my garage (the Accord is around 196 inches and would have been a much tighter fit). Thanks to Dillon, Stewart and Hansel for all of the above. DC

She went out of her way to get me help quickly. Along came Adam, one of Hansel Ford's mobile mechanics. He was great! He had to jump start my car just to get the hatch door open but even on a cold wet afternoon he was cheerful and friendly and he got the job done efficiently and professionally.     Dropped off my new Maverick after hitting something on the highway. I explained exactly where the…read moredamage was and noted there was a warning light on the dash. After having my truck for two weeks, they replaced two parts that did not fix the warning issue and ignored the visibly damaged components I specifically pointed out. They later told me the truck had a "transmission noise" and scheduled another appointment--only to later admit that the technician was wrong and that "it's just how Mavericks sound." Even after that, they still never checked under the damaged splash guard, something I had asked them to do four separate times. It took multiple attempts to reach the service manager, and several calls before he finally picked up. There was no apology or explanation for why the requested repairs weren't completed. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it took over 30 minutes just to get JJ to the counter so I could request the refund he had promised on the phone. He claimed it couldn't be processed immediately because it had to go through accounting--but minutes after I left, another staff member (Calli) processed it without issue. Clearly, he wasn't being truthful. Very poor service overall, from communication to follow-through. I'll be taking my business to another dealership.

    AVOID!!! Took my boat here to have my 115 HP two stroke serviced after being towed in and had the…read moremechanic "check it out and tune it up" and told him of the issues I was having. Guess what? I went out again and same thing happened! I brought it in again and paid $800.00 more to have them "Fix the problem!"... annnnd guess what? It happened again. I haven't been able to take the boat out because while it was there this time my Lowrance system was stolen from the boat as well as my binoculars, a life vest, and other small items while it was IN THEIR LOT! This time I paid them $1291.00 but if I would've read the fine print I would know after picking it up I would be out the $1900 for the Lowrance,the $500.00 binoculars and $120.00 life vest. Julie, (the service gal) basically threw up her hands and told me to fill out a police report. The fine print covers their ass. The boat next to mine looks like it had it's electronics ripped off too. The police said they already had video of the incident because an RV owner reported an issue but the cameras only showed someone climbing in and moving around the boats. It wasn't clear enough to ID anyone. Did I mention I had to take my boat in three times for the same issue?

I know ever part of this car. The one time I pick up my car and go home is where I lost all rights. I have gone in for oil changes and the one time I head out to L.A. I notice the oil was dirty. Picked up a nail and found out not only the front tires had no tread on the insides but the back as well do to them rotating the tires every 6000 miles, they couldn't inform me that I needed an alignment? They saw my car ever 2 to 3 months. I paid good money to think I had them looking out for the saftey of my car. This car is a hobby as well as a daily driver. Sad to think we can be treated in this fashion after throwing down a small fortune. I will never come here again..

I think I may have found my new favorite garage. I'd say the only downside is these folks are busy. They had a ton of cars out front. But as I thought about it, that's actually a good thing. It shows how well respected they are. The rep told me that oil changes are usually booked out 1-2 weeks but other services can usually be scheduled within a day. That's all very reasonable. Personally, I might do OilStop for my oil changes since I can usually just drive in when I'm free and their coupons make it a good deal. But I will probably bring my cars here for other services. I am super impressed and will definitely be back!
