He made sure I was close by as he moved throughout the house, and took time to explain to me what different things meant. For example, showing me where the water main cutoff was in our basement in case of a leak or other event that we'd need to shut off the main. I am so thankful for how thorough the whole process was. The company did such an excellent job. They gave me an ongoing verbal report during the process, and followed up with an extremely detailed written report supported by multiple photographs with arrows pointing to problem areas. The work was impeccable. Yet, when I came to Yelp to write a review, I can only say I was horrified that Yelp is saw it fitting to publish a single star, extremely negative review of the company's services. I followed the arrow to see three reviews that gave the company five stars, and wrote about their reasons in detail. I literally do not understand why the excellent reviews were discounted while the single negative review was highlighted. My experience with using Yelp has been that when there is only a single negative review, I make the assumption that it was one disgruntled customer, possibly one who could not ever be satisfied. My experience was similar to the "discounted reviews." Obviously I hold the company in quite high regard since I hired them twice. Furthermore, and almost as important, is the fact that Mr. Walsh, the owner, has recommended a number of people in the building trade and real estate industry who have been life-savers. I personally could not have found these people and it is because Mr. Walsh recommended them that I knew I would get excellent service and a good price from them as well. I did. I am concerned that because it will be so incredibly positive,and because I am a relative newbie to writing reviews, that will once again this review of the company will be discounted. I want Yelp to realize that this is a review by a live person, with live experience, and I think that their automated discounting software needs a rewrite. Indeed, it is All Aspects report that helped me prepare the condo for sale in an efficient, economical manner that I believe helped it to sell within 20 minutes of our first open house. I am looking forward to working with your recommended providers to prepare the Long Island property as well.

So we, of course, had zero idea of what to expect during the walk-through inspection (that was scheduled last minute.) Not only was Vinny incredibly accommodating, but he was also very communicative.
