I ordered an OEM lamp from this company and it is still working 2 years later. Please don't pay attention to these morons that ordered generic lamps for under $25.00 to put into a TV that costed well over $1000.00. The employee I ordered from was knowledgeable, professional, and made me aware of all my choices in lamps. If watching TV is so important to you then spend the extra money and buy the lamp that is supposed to go in your TV. read more

Sent me the wrong projector bulb, took forever to get a hold of someone at the company to ask about getting a refund, and took way too long to get my refund, of which I only got part of it back due to a restocking fee. Will not do business with them again. Company has an A+ with BBB, but awful company to work with. Read terrible reviews about them only after I purchased from them. read more

Received their aftermarket projection lamp for my DLP home system. The price was great but it burned out after about 30 hours of use. So I called, got an RMA, applied it to the box and shipped it back. I wanted a refund. That was on December 9, 2013. I have left 2 messages and 1 email requesting credit and they never respond. The sales side is helpful but if you have issues....you can't reach anyone. The sales person if happy to transfer then you go into a black hole. Very poor customer service. Be careful. read more

No tv? Might as well give my kids a dagger to stab me with. Called this place and they had the part I needed in stock and even told me to save my money from buiying an original since the cheaper copy of the bulb I needed worked just fine.; They were the cheapest prie online and even let me pick it up locally since they were not far away. I was a litle hesitant since all the reviews on yelp were not so good but I thought they were great and I had no issues at all. The bulb worked great and my tv is up and running again. Horrible service. We purchased a projector bulb from sears marketplace, not knowing it should be shipped from electrified.com. The bulb arrived after a few weeks, but was dead on arrival. I couldn't believe that it was the bulb and performed a continuity test on the bulb and sure enough the circuit was broken. I called them on a Tuesday right before they closed, yet there was no on there. I left a voicemail asking for a return number and no one called me back. A week later I called again asking for a return number, filled out their contact form online and Emailed them. I finally got a call back after many attempts and they left me a generic voicemail saying to call them back. I called them back around noon and no one picked up. I left another voicemail and have not heard back from them since. I'm complaining to sears.com and calling my credit card company to reverse the charges. This is a horrible company with poor products. There are 6 other people on here who had similar problems. DO NOT BUY from this company!!! read more

I own a sportsbar and the Sharp bulb I ordered from Electrified Discounters went out completely after five days (approx 70 hours). The bulbs I have been buying have needed to be replaced after 2000 hours. I had to pay $13 to ship it tom me and $15 to ship it back to them, but it sounds like they are going to refund me the purchase price. I guess you get what you pay for. However, I can't afford to run the risk of that happening during a big game. read more

I work for a theatre company ordered a lamp for a projector over nighted. Called the next was told it had been shipped and would be there be the end of day never came and we opened that night. We had to rent another projector for the show. They refused to offer any other discount other refunding the shipping that they had screwed up . I must say it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The person I spoke with was very informing and knowledgeable about the product, which was great seeing I did not. Bought a replacement bulb for my TV. The bulb comes with a five month warranty. The bulb lasted five and a half months. Definitely an inferior product to the original bulb that came with the TV and lasted four plus years. Don't waste your money the obviously sell junk that customer service will not stand behind.
