To be fair, I have purchased several appliances from them without incident. I purchased a new dishwasher (with installation). Had no issue until recently. The dishwasher wasn't draining. I checked YouTube for suggestions. Removed the screws and pulled the dishwasher out. To my surprise the drain hose was spliced to the old one with a rusty pipe, not to the T drain as stated on their website. So all of the dirty water was literally going back into the dishwasher. As I said, wrote to them twice. Not even a canned response. Check any installation from this shady company. I need a new refrigerator but not a chance I would buy another appliance from them.

Thankfully, my experience at the Hamden location was completely different. Wilfredo was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all my options clearly, including one that allowed me to replace my phone at no additional cost. He walked me through upgrades, contracts, and payment plans and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I ended up upgrading to the iPhone 15 and couldn't be happier. Wilfredo turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Y'see, if there was some reason (many thefts after 6pm via the changing rooms, or just "company policy") than I suppose that might make sense, but to say "So What" and walk away is stupid and rude. Aside from losing a $200 sale, you lost a customer FOR LIFE. Since Amazon's prices are WAY less.... you have only TWO advantages: A customer's ability to try things on for size, and face-to-face customer service. Flush those two things down the toilet, then DON'T be so surprised when your store is chosen to be shut down.

I was looking for a product that was selling for $26.49 but that the product was unavailable and the next equivalent product was selling for $29.99, $3.50 higher; the lower priced products had chemical preservatives which I am sensitive to. I went to the customer service desk seeking a small discount and I was denied any discount consideration. This was not the courtesy I expected at the customer service desk. I left feeling not just exactly right about the whole experience. No compassion, no courtesy.

We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. Go on their website and enter your email prior to coming, you can get 10% off an iPhone repair with it. If we have any issues with either of our phones in the future, we will totally be back.
