But it's our good fortune to have the multi-generation owned Cos Cob TV & Audio that has been meeting this standard in our area even before my first happy experience with them 30-years ago. The store has expanded from its initial analog TV repair to major home TV theater, security systems and other large smart home projects. They also bring all this to the small residential projects like mine, which is also rare. When I first moved to Cos Cob, the original owner recommended an analog SONY Trinitron VEGA TV whose picture tube still works, but digital has passed it by. I've since bought two smart TVs from them, the latest needing a complex wall installation requiring cable concealment. From setting up the initial site inspection with Joe at the store, to Conner's perfect installation, which is separately charged, they are great to work with. I also wanted to redesign my "too little work space" 4' x 2' home office desk and install Ergotron arms for my computer displays. Their other tech, Jason, expertly took on the home office project, drilling the needed desk grommets, installing the Ergotrons and concealing the cables, giving me needed room to work. I've driven by this business many times wondering if they could help me with my printers…read more Unfortunately they don't work on ink jet printer's (they're rather cheap and messy), but they do work on some higher-end printers, professional printers, copiers, etc. So, I went in there on a lark, wondering if they might be able to fix my printer, and spoke to a very nice gentleman. After realizing that they don't work on inkjets, we struck up a conversation. It turns out he had a laser printer that a customer brought in and didn't want. He had no use for it, so we gave it to me and told me to try it out. Whether or not this printer works is immaterial. I was really touched by his willingness to help me. This is a rare thing, these days, in business. So, Dear Reader, if you have a professional printer, laser printer, copier, etc, that needs some service, please support this business. They had a very tight schedule, but they found a way to work with our new times, and complied. Great job! They were even great to move our old refrigerator to the garage (and not cart it themselves) so that a local charity could retrieve it easily. The appliances which were purchased are all wonderful. Not everything needed to be in the store, but the insight of the sales reps were very helpful in our determining what units to purchase. All in all, a great experience; we would definitely use again.

He booked the job for only 3 business days later and was able to complete the entire job in just under a full day. Other places I looked into were booking 3-4 weeks out and suggested my install would take at least 2 days. Not only does the system sound incredible, but the price was very fair. Finally, the install itself is flawless. No evidence that any work was done at all and everything works exactly as it did...only the sound is incredible.
