Frame that was added after purchase.
    Elaine V.

I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Findlay Cadillac. The buying process itself was smooth, and I was genuinely excited about the car. That said, the experience changed once I got home and removed the front license plate placard they installed. I found multiple extra holes drilled into the bumper that were not there when I test drove the vehicle. This appears to have been done after purchase, which was disappointing. I attempted to fix it with bumper plugs, but due to the additional holes, I had to go to a body shop for proper repair. I reached out to the dealership and they initially seemed concerned, but I haven't received any follow-up. For anyone considering purchasing here, I'd recommend clearly asking them not to install any dealer branding or plate frames that require drilling into the vehicle. I've included photos showing the condition before, what was added, and the damage afterward.

Disgusting business practice. Received a call since I'd done a KBB online request. 30 minute drive, I knew I'd get lowballed, but $1000?!? The dealership next door offered $5250! Major waste of time, and looking at other peoples experiences here, I'd definitely stay away!!

Started to look at cars & do a lot of "window" shopping not really knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase. To say customer service is a "lost art" nowadays was quite the experience as we visited a lot of dealerships until we went to Findlay Cadillac and met Jhaiden!! Great "First Impression" greeted us with a smile & ready to serve. Great listener, patient and willing to suggest something we may like as he educated us on the what the cars can do! Loved that we gained a new friend and no pressure sales. We did end up getting a car he happily showed us and sooo happy knowing we made the right decision to purchase our car from him!! Thank you Jhaiden (and Blaine) you are awesome!!! Keep doing what you're doing - YOU ROCK!!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Findlay Cadillac is not a good dealership. My girlfriend had been working with them to get pricing to $40,000 out the door on a used Lyriq for days, but never got below $41,500 with very slow communication. She test drove the vehicle and knew she liked it and wanted to move forward. I decided to see if me being a man would make a difference, and wouldn't you know it, it did. After reaching out via text, within 30 minutes, I got the price to $40,000 out the door. Very frustrating dealing with that and seeing the sexism firsthand. I informed the salesperson, Alex, that I wasn't the buyer, but my girlfriend was and connected the two of them to proceed with the deal. The deal was made on a Monday evening and we were warned that the car may sell before we were able to come to the lot at 4pm on Wednesday to pick it up due to work and childcare needs. Wednesday morning, we got a text saying the car was still available and confirmed we'd be able to come by at 4pm that day to finalize the sale. In the end, we opted not to go to the dealership to complete the sale, as test drives had already happened and there was no need. So, texts went back and forth for a bit to find out if using an AmEx to make full payment could happen, which it can't, but a $5000 deposit could be made to lock in the car, and bring a check the next morning to pay the balance. At 5pm, the deposit was made and we were set to pick up the car Thursday morning. At 8pm, a text came through saying the car that we had secured with a substantial payment, had been sold to someone else. Thin apologies were made and the dealership said they'd do their best to find another vehicle to make the deal with. The day after the car was sold, the dealer came with a couple options for vehicles to work a deal with. However, these were going to be $8000-$10,000 more than what we'd previously agreed upon. Other options were Chevrolet Blazer EVs, which are in no way bad vehicles, but to try and offer a Blazer at the same $40,000 as a Cadillac seemed absurd. Days later, a lie was told that the $5000 had been refunded when it hadn't, only being processed the next day after being asked about it. Overall, the experience with Findlay Cadillac was awful, I would recommend going to any other Cadillac dealership and avoiding them at all costs.

Dealer claims the entire vehicle was checked and all software updates applied. Three minutes after leaving the dealer, we see this.
    Joe J.

Cadillac is not what it used to be. Our GM retiree parents would be rolling over in their graves. This dealership sells new cars to customers without first ensuring all firmware/software patches are applied, negligently knowing it will bring customers back for repairs within weeks of first buying. When called out on it, the service manager, Colton, shrugged his shoulders and said, "hey, that's how GM ships them to us, and you made it 700 miles before the issue appeared." WHAT?! So if there's a dangerous recall for vehicles in inventory, they don't bother addressing them until it becomes an issue for the customer. This is their policy, stated by the service manager. Then we are told, "We went through the entire car and everything is up to date now." Three minutes after leaving the dealer, the car shows that a software update is available. The parts department is also gouging on prices. A NACS charging adapter that's $225 on Cadillac's web site is $300 at Findlay Cadillac. When asked why it was more, they just shrugged and said, "should have purchased online." We should have gone to CarMax and bought used. I guess we'll find a different Cadillac dealer for future maintenance. This one is proudly incompetent.

    Oil change cost
    Coco S.

I've been coming here for years and had the worst experience today. Sarah was my service advisor and I told her I wanted to use my GM credit card rewards points for my oil change. She asked Omar Mendoza how to do it and he used all of my points which was 24,725. The oil change was around $130 which would've only been around 1/2 of my points. I basically feel robbed of $120. All they offered was to come back for another oil change, that's unacceptable I'm never coming back here!

Without making this review too long, Jodi the manager came over, sat down and gave me real, honest numbers without all the nonsense most dealers do. Her presence is strong and she knows the business. It was late and they were closing so I left and came back 2 days later (my next day off) and she remembered the exact deal and once again, sat down, talked to me and gave me a bare bottom price that ended up being better than I expected. 20 minutes later I signed paperwork, got my new VW and I couldn't be happier. Sergio and Jodi worked flawlessly together, both smiled, had amazing attitudes and because of them, I drive a 2026 Tiguan.

The online shopping experience was straightforward, and the communication and text updates were smooth and non-burdensome. I did the financing online to get an idea of where we would be and also sought out financing through America First Credit Union to make sure I had the best interest rate (in the economy, you have to save where you can). We test-drove the car with Bryan M., and he was great to work with. The CarMax experience is definitely different because there aren't any deals or haggled pricing, so you will want to do your research and know what the car you are interested in costs as a new vehicle and as a used vehicle at a dealership, so you can cross-reference prices. We test drove another vehicle just to make sure we were confident in our choice. Bryan ran a finance credit check for us, and after comparing the rates, we ended up using America First Credit Union. After researching and comparing the extended warranty protection packages, the CarMax service protection plan is really comprehensive and covers a lot so it was a tough decision. It is very well reviewed. We did end up going with the plan AFCU offered because it was comparable and extended to 120K miles. We brought our check in the next day, and we were in and out within an hour of our scheduled appointment. Bryan didn't pressure us to buy anything additional, and I appreciated his customer service and professionalism. When we ran into a snag with the computer system, the management stepped in and problem-solved right away, and it didn't hold us up in any way. The car was washed and ready to go! Small hiccup with vehicle and it needs a maintenance within 24 hours but I am not worried because they were prompt in response and even though it was Bryan's day off he responded with directions. Still overall a positive review and hopeful experience.

If appointments are not going to be honored, there is little point in offering them. This was a frustrating and disappointing first impression, especially when I came prepared to seriously consider purchasing a vehicle. I scheduled an appointment simply to view and test-drive a vehicle. I arrived on time but was marked as "browsing" and waited an hour without being called or even being given an opportunity to look at a car. An appointment is meaningless if no one is available to assist the customer. I eventually left without seeing a vehicle. Nobody reached out to me to let me know what was going on or to apologize for the long wait. When I went and asked what was going on I was told they were short on staff. This was an extremely disappointing experience. CarMax came recommended - I'm telling those people that they must have had a totally different experience than me at a different location not to use this location in the future.

We worked with Kody Manalo and were very clear about what we wanted: a white AWD RAV4 Hybrid with no unnecessary extras. We agreed on a price, received it in writing, paid a $500 deposit, and were given a VIN for the vehicle we were waiting for. On August 26, Kody told us our car had arrived. When we came in the next morning, we immediately noticed extras we had specifically said we didn't want. I checked the VIN and discovered THIS WAS NOT THE CAR WE HAD BEEN GIVEN THE VIN FOR. It was a different vehicle with a higher price. We immediately questioned Kody about it. He told us not to worry and that our agreed price would stay the same. Based on that assurance, I signed paperwork reflecting the original price. About 30 minutes later, he came back and told us the price was changing because this was a different vehicle -- almost $3,000 more. I asked what happened to the RAV4 we had waited two months for, and I never received a clear explanation beyond an "internal miscommunication." We asked for a manager. Remi Chun (Remington) came to our table. We specifically asked if he was a manager, and he confirmed that he was. He acknowledged that this was their internal mistake but said they would not honor our original price. I later discovered that Findlay Toyota's own website lists Remi Chun as a "Sales Associate," not a Sales Manager. The whole experience honestly felt like a well-organized scam. People told us things directly to our faces, only to change the story shortly afterward. We were basically given two options: pay almost $3,000 more for a different vehicle with extras we never wanted, or start over and wait potentially another two months. Unfortunately, my previous car had broken down and I had already been paying for a rental for about a month. After almost 4 hours of arguing and feeling completely misled, I finally gave up and signed. I love my RAV4, but there was zero excitement left when I bought it. I just wanted to get out of that dealership. Please be aware of this SCAM inside the dealership!!!!!
