One of the best Porsche dealers with a very nice inventory. I have my eye on that lizard green GT3 RS in the showroom. First Saturday of the month they host a cars and coffee that draws attention from car enthusiasts from all over So Cal. Don't miss their Wunderground museum below the showroom.

The team at Porsche Santa Clarita was amazing! From Sales (AVO) to Finance they are a best-in-class organization! Food from Boxenstopp was yummy while my car was being washed and don't forget to check out the cool Wunderground Porsche museum. Reach out to Avo for your next Porsche. Thank you Henrik and Janet for a seamless shopping experience.

The service is good here and if you like cars, you will probably enjoy visiting. The basement floor is a Porsche museum. I spent a good amount of time just looking around down there. The main floor is the showroom, service center, gift shop, and cafe. The cafe is actually decent. I overheard a cafe customer mention that he visits almost weekly.

We visited Porsche Westlake, but they don't trade used with other dealers, so we searched around for the frozen blue Panamera. My husband found it at Santa Clarita. While not thrilled to travel 50 miles, the dealership experience was worth it. Joseph was knowledgeable and personable. He really made this the most pleasant car purchase. Yes it takes hours to buy or lease a car, but a yummy Schnitzel and Spätzle lunch INSIDE the dealership and a 5 star museum made it better. We love the car and highly recommend Porsche Santa Clarita. I'd go back for lunch, the Wünderground Museum and to say hi to Joseph.

This was our second Porsche purchase, and somehow the experience was even better than the first. Porsche Santa Clarita truly went above and beyond. Huge thank you to Pablo, Avo, Janet, and Allan--each of them made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy every step of the way. This is exactly why once you go Porsche, you keep coming back. Highly recommend this dealership and this amazing team, top-tier service. Thank you guys! I am so Happy with my Macan T

I found my dream car--a 2025 Porshahhh Coupé (yes, we say it fancy now ) in rare Montego Blue--at Porsche Santa Clarita, and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. I live in San Diego and had actually gone to my local Porsche dealership first, but it felt like the sales guy there wasn't interested in selling me a car at all. He handed me the keys and let me test drive it, but maybe showing up in yoga clothes made him think I didn't have 100 grand laying around. Joke's on him. Then I connected with Avo at Porsche Santa Clarita and it was night and day. He reached out right away, saved the car for me with no pressure, and was just genuinely awesome to work with. He knew there was a chance I wouldn't go through with it, but still treated me like a serious buyer the whole time. Well... I did buy it. And I'm so glad. This car is absolutely stunning--cream leather interior, 22-inch rims, Montego Blue paint that turns heads. It's the most beautiful thing I've ever owned. I'm not your typical Porsche buyer either--I'm an electrologist in San Diego who removes one hair at a time for a living. So yeah, this was a big deal for me. The car had been lightly used for six months by someone who apparently got bored and upgraded to a 911, which meant I scored a great deal. And on my drive home, a car full of teenage boys rolled down the window and yelled "You're so hot!" I now fully understand the old man in the red Corvette vibe--and I gotta say, I'm here for it. Big shoutout to Allan in finance too--he helped make the loan happen and was super easy to work with. If you're even thinking about a Porsche, skip the attitude and head straight to Porsche Santa Clarita. Ask for Avo. No pressure, no ego--just people who actually care about matching you with the perfect Porshahhh Coupé. I feel like a total badass now--and this is a serious glow-up from my 2012 Infiniti SUV.

We were looking for a new car and we happened to walk into the Porsche dealership 5 minutes before they closed. Joseph Finnigan walked out and asked if he can help us. We told him what we wanted and he was able to get us into a porsche that met our needs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend going to Joseph for all your Porsche needs. Joseph went above and beyond our expectations!! Because of him we had an amazing car buying experience. Thanks Joseph and Porsche for making our dreams come true!!

Cars & Coffee Event at this dealership is every first Saturday of the month from 9-11 am. You must get there early!! This is a great event for car enthusiast. The dealership is very very nice. They open the bottom showroom which is full of collectibles and the mechanic's garage is open too. Of course there is complimentary coffee. Also the Boxenstop restaurant has a limited breakfast menu that looks great. And, Galpin's Horseless Carriage catering is there as well. Wear your walking shoes and bring your patience as this is a very popular event.

Oh my goodness what can I say about this experience?! I was visiting from Texas, and came to Cali. I came across the Porsche dealership to see their inventory and rides. The lovely front desk ladies were great to help me out to point me in right direction. They sure did! This Porsche dealership is unique! Especially with having Porsche Museum right underneath. They are only Porsche dealership in Cali to have it which is awesome! Loved my experience! I would definitely buy Porsche there if I wanted too. Future? Yes

Embarrassingly enough, while I was on my way there, I realized that I was actually purchasing the manual version of the GR86 Premium I had been searching for over the past several weeks. Up until that moment, I had only ever driven automatic cars and was specifically searching for an automatic GR86 Premium. Not only did they beat every written offer I had received, but they also allowed me to complete a pre-purchase inspection, taught me how to drive manual, and even had their wonderful porter drive me home afterward. I wish I could give 5/5 stars, but unfortunately, they fell short on their promise to remove the black tar(?) stuck to the back of my car before we drove off. I'd especially like to recognize the people below who helped me throughout the experience: Cody - Not only did he continue teaching me how to drive manual, but he also drove me home for 2 hours from 10 PM-12 AM! He is one of the most genuine and kind people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kelly - The definition of personable. She not only taught me how to drive manual, but also taught me a lot about myself. I wish she were my aunt. Ashley - The salesperson assigned to me. She was communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. Mr. C - His enthusiasm truly shined through. His service is impeccable. Chris - Competitively beat my written offers with a smile on his face. Mike - Explained every single detail about finances and the world of manual sports cars. Really fun to talk to! A dream experience for my dream car!

Avoid Mazda of Valencia at all costs…read more I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment on 7/26 after multiple calls and texts with Romero regarding a Mazda CX-50 Preferred. Romero presented himself as though he were handling the sale, but upon arrival, I learned his role was apparently to call prospective customers, quote preliminary deals, and entice them into the dealership. I drove from Los Angeles after confirming the pricing. Once there, the numbers were materially different, and the two vehicles I was told would be washed and ready were both dirty. We were also passed among several employees and repeatedly had to explain what had already been discussed. The entire process was disorganized and poorly managed. Around 2:30 p.m., General Sales Manager JT Taylor, also known as John, entered the conversation with what he called the final offer. I showed him my text exchanges with Romero, and JT pulled out his phone and photographed my screen to capture the messages. Despite seeing what had been represented, he returned with numbers that were nowhere close. At that point, I understood that no deal would be reached and was prepared to leave. I calmly stated that this was the classic dealership experience I intentionally avoid, which is why I used brokers for my last three vehicle leases. I specifically explained that my frustration was with the overall experience and was not directed at JT personally. Nevertheless, he became defensive, raised his voice, and refused to de-escalate despite my repeatedly asking and gesturing for him to calm down. He then announced that he was "ex-military" and that he "doesn't get down like this." I am still unsure whether that was intended to address the pricing discrepancy, intimidate me, or demonstrate a very large ego with very little managerial judgment. Whatever the intention, it was inappropriate and remarkably unprofessional. The most absurd part came when I asked for his business card. JT repeatedly responded, "Nah, it's okay," because he believed I would leave a negative review. I requested it three times, and he only provided it after another employee intervened. For context, I have worked in financial services for nearly two decades across retail, private, and investment banking, serving clients from all walks of life. I cannot imagine refusing to provide a client with my business card because I feared negative feedback--or one of the associates I lead doing so without serious repercussions. This was not an inexperienced employee having an awkward moment. This was the General Sales Manager displaying hostility, poor judgment, and an apparent fear of accountability. A business card is not permission to leave a review, and hiding it does not prevent a customer from documenting an experience. After his repeated refusals, I recorded the interaction, including him saying, "Nah, it's okay." I also have the text exchanges, call records, and supporting documentation. Mazda Corporate has opened a formal case, and I will provide them with the full record. We also had an appointment at the neighboring Kia dealership, but two Mazda employees told us both locations were under the same ownership. After this experience, we skipped that appointment rather than risk encountering the same lack of training, professionalism, and accountability. JT Taylor, respectfully, if you are comfortable invoking your military background during a disagreement but frightened by a Yelp review, customer-facing management may be the wrong profession. Reviews are not threats; they reflect the service provided. I have leased two Mazdas over the past ten years, and this was easily my worst dealership experience. Save yourself the drive and aggravation. Professional management addresses concerns--it does not raise its voice, make intimidating remarks, and hide business cards.

If there's a system delay on Tesla's end, customers shouldn't be the ones penalized for it. At minimum, Tesla should be upfront that promotions require ordering several days in advance, or through a live person, rather than letting the app accept an order and deposit and then quietly failing to honor the terms. They were both professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. My biggest frustration was the pricing. Before making the drive, we were quoted multiple times that the vehicle would be $2,000 over MSRP. However, once we arrived, the numbers suddenly changed, and there were several BS reasons given as to why the original quote no longer applied. It definitely felt like the initial quote was intended to get us through the door, and then the negotiation started from there. While we were eventually able to come to an agreement, it still wasn't the deal we had originally been promised. That said, Daniel and Swan remained courteous and worked with us throughout the process, which made the experience much better than it otherwise could have been. I loved the way the car looked, and after driving it, was absolutely ready to get rid of my Ford Explorer. We went to this dealership and had what I would term the worst auto buying experience we've ever had. The salesman was inexperienced and made multiple mistakes, made worse by a manager who didn't correct the mistakes and, instead, leaned into them. Then pressured us to buy a product during finance to justify the great price we negotiated. And don't even get me started on the trade-in... We walked out on the deal multiple times, only to be brought back by promises of more discounts. The only reason we bought the car was the price. We bought it in spite of the dealership. Fast forward to March 2026. My wife was fed up with her Tesla... Skyrocketing insurance rates, skyrocketing registration fees coupled with tremendous interest in our car as a used vehicle prompted us to move out of it into a hybrid mini SUV. She landed on the Tucson, because of its good looks and our familiarity with Hyundai as a manufacturer and the electronics of the car. I reached out to multiple buying services to get current pricing on the car and found out that now is a great time for that particular model as dealers are very much willing to deal on it. As it turns out, AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia had the exact car we wanted in stock so after gauging pricing from multiple dealerships, we reached out to their Internet department (always deal with the Internet sales people, they don't care about losing money) and struck up a text conversation with Hector, the Internet sales consultant who got my lead. It didn't take me long to realize that this is not the same sales person I dealt with a year and a half ago. This guy knew the business, knew the car, and had enough "power" to be able to move the price. Feeling no pressure from him, we went in and looked at the car on a Thursday night just to make sure it was what she wanted and the color made her happy. We were presented the numbers exactly as we discussed them, with a few available discounts pending. We shook hands and made an appointment for Saturday. With everything done, we knew it would be a short visit. And the team at AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia did not disappoint. We arrived at 11 AM and drove off the lot in our new car a little after 1 PM. I never felt any pressure, we knew the deal was done and it was just signing the paperwork in finance. We did buy one product, but felt absolutely no pressure to do it. As promised from my first conversation with Hector, the entire team was different. The salesman we worked with in 2024 had been trained and reassigned to finance, the manager had left the dealership and even the finance manager we worked with was out that day. What a difference working with the right people makes. So a huge thanks to Hector, the sales manager Saher, and finance manager Nef... if you decide you need a Hyundai, this dealership and this team are the way to go. Although you might have to grab Nef from the AutoNation Ford store... Seriously, thank you guys! You turned a one star experience into a five star.
