This is for the delivery dept, they were terrible installed my dishwasher with only 1 screw now I have a crack in my countertop, they installed my refrigerator freezer door handle upside down and stripped 1 screw head so I can't fix it now, also only cleaned up the big stuff they left trash sawdust and packing material customer service won't return my phone calls to get this settled I would give no stars if I could read more

I bought a Samsung fridge roughly 3 years ago and bought the extended warranty , serviced by Alliance Warranty. Don't remember much about the sale, but I thought it was a good deal at that time. The Ice maker stopped working within 3 years of sale, and I contacted Alliance through their website. Within a day or so they got back to me and had their service man at my house within 1-2 days after that. They sent me a text when he was on his way, and he showed up on time, was very courteous, and diagnosed this as a bad ice maker, which he ordered. Within 2-3 days the part came to me, and by the next day, they installed it. Granted, this was not too complicated a fix but Alliance is a great company to deal with, and I would buy their warranty any time! We went there last night about 6:30 to buy a TV, printer and computer. Possibly more items. However, there was NO staff in the entire store! One girl was outside smoking in a little nook trying to hide from the front door, though she could see us coming in but she didn't care. Her smoke was too precious (insert smeegle voice) We wandered around for 27 minutes, still no help. One guy emerged from the back storage area, only to start vacuuming with his back turned towards us. We could've robbed the place blind! We left and bought our items elsewhere and spent about $2k. Your loss! It's a wonder how a place like this can stay in business with workers like that! Corporate, take note! read more

I was in the store for less than 2 minutes (I happened to look at my phone). I knew exactly what I wanted, when the salesman first approached (we will call him Pippa because it's a fun name), I told him I was good and didn't need anything. As I was in the middle of a sentence talking to my kid, Pippa just interrupts (it was obvious I was talking), to tell me exactly where he will be in this tiny store. As I start to head out two more sales people (mike and Ike ) try to get that last sale out of me. The amount of stuff in this place and the physical size as compared to, say frys electronics, does not warrant 3 floor sales + whatever is in the back. Also, a good chunk is refurbished. You folks are way too aggressive, your sales people need more training. I imagine that if you toned it down a little less folks will walk out and more will buy here rather than Walmart - who carries the same amount of actual electronics. I am now headed there to pick up the several items I was buying at this store. Thank you Walmart for being helpful when I need something and staying out of my way until I do. read more

The guys at the Gallatin location go beyond for customer service! Went in for a TV upgrade and left with a 55" lg oled amazing picture quality! They talked me into a card with them but that's perfectly fine because it financed for 36 months and I didn't have to spend a dime. Ask for Brandon or Zane they're the managers and they know their stuff. read more

I gave up after my 3rd trip and 3rd phone call. I was wanting to purchase a twin bed, easy task. The 1st day I worked with a young lady who was very helpful, she was just going to have to check with the warehouse to make sure the item was in stock. She took down my number and advised she would call me and let me know. Day 2, go back into store as I never received a call. Another guy took all my info and "would call me ASAP'. Day 3 I call the store and same thing... no return call. It shouldn't be that hard to get a store to take my money. read more

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Went in to have some new speakers installed along with some existing subs and an amp. This kid that installed the equipment is worthless. Not only did he take all day, he left everything completely unfinished. There were screws and wires left all over the back of my truck, the plate that covers underneath the back door handle is missing, the subs weren't even placed under the seat where he cut the wire too short and my floor mats were just thrown in the back seat rather than put back in place. On top of this, I guess the amp blew within a week and the "new" speakers he installed sound terrible. Lastly, he didn't even leave my previous speakers in the truck after he removed them. We've been in touch with management about this and the kid is claiming that I told him to discard the old speakers. I have a brand new truck and was planning on having those speakers installed in my girl's truck as they aren't bad speakers, just wanted to upgrade. Why would I tell him to throw them out? I've been dodged by Electronic Express throughout the holidays but if they don't resolve soon, I guess it'll be settled in court as I'm still paying for this garbage. Worst experience I've had with any electronics business and they aren't making any attempt to resolve. Don't waste your time or money with them cause I promise you will be disappointed. -0 stars. read more

Do not get a car stereo installed here...the guy they hired doesn't have a clue...he was you tubing how to while I was watching him. Here's the kicker to it all, I noticed certain sounds weren't coming through the speakers plus I had annoying engine noise coming through the speakers. So I checked the amplifier and he had all the speakers hooked to the right side channel and not left and right!! So I corrected that and tightened down the ground wire and now there is no engine noise and the stereo sounds good!! He worked on it 3 days to try to fix it and couldn't! If I can fix it then anybody should be able to. I have spent thousands of dollars in there but not any more. You guys should research who you are hiring to do that stuff! So people take my advice, don't get a car stereo installation here!! read more

I purchased a TV from them and the store employees wrapped it and loaded the TV for us. When we got it home, the bottom of the TV box was wet. Took it back to the store unopened and they wanted to hassle us over the return. They wanted to swap it out, but why would we want another water damaged TV. Spent several hours in the store trying to get our money back. They finally agreed to the return but said it would be 14 business days before we got a check mailed back to us.. . .how is this right, So now they have the TV and our money ??? They didn't wait 14 business days to get their money and waste hours of their time! read more
