I dealt with Charles who fixed a very hard to find cable for my massage chair. I honestly cannot…read morebelieve he got it fixed. Spoke with Sam, who is the owner and he was also super easy to deal with. I ended up donating a couple of older computers to them also. Super nice guy, they are a local small business, and they treat their customers with high regard. 10/10 highly recommend these folks!

iGeek Electronic Repair is the place to go for you electronic repair needs!…read more I normally rate food restaurants but this is an exception case... So, I was using my wife laptop and I was multi-tasking doing three things at one time and while in the mist of changing locations I dropped her hp laptop!!!! OMG!!! Yes, I was in trouble... Even my dog barked at me like "you in trouble bro".... Anyway, the computer died on me and It did not boot back up properly; It was showing me some funky stuff which I had no idea what I was looking at on the screen. I looked up the warning on the internet and basically it told me IM SCREWED! So, I went to the best APP in the world for help... YELP! I found a computer repair shop that could help a brother out; The place was iGeek. They had great reviews on Yelp; Yelp being a reliable source of information, I decided to try them out to get me out of the dog house. The experience - iGeek Electronics Repair is a nice place that has great staff to help you with you electronic repair needs. They had my wife laptop repaired within 24hrs and were very courteous on touching back with me once they identified the problem. Afterwards, they told me what repair would bring the laptop back to perfect working condition. In addition, they will tell you the cost for repairs and the rest is on you to move forward or not... The price for my repair I thought was great! I know dependent on the repair cost varies, so if your in need of electronic repairs you should call iGeek about resolution to your electronic concern or do like me just drop by the shop (walk-in). I gave iGeek a 5-star rating for the following reasons - 1. Quick turn around to the customer (24hrs for me). 2. Great staff. 3. Good follow up response. 4. Open door policy to call or come by if you have any questions later about your electronic device after the fix. Any clarification if needed... I will return and highly recommend these guys. It wasn't food review but it was good business to recognize. Take care, HH

My big-ass Samsung DLP was dying a slow, painful death…read more The problem was a DMD chip made by Texas Instruments that was notorious for wrecking Mitsubishi and Samsung DLP TV sets. When I bought my TV, it was gigantic, expensive, and was supposed to be a last hurrah before we started having kids. I.E., not something that we would be replacing any time soon if things ever went south. Well, halfway through December, I saw a white dot on the screen and got up to wipe it off. Turns out it was the TV making the dot. Did some research and found out it was the first sign of something bad happening that would eventually wreck my TV. The chip to fix the problem was pretty expensive, but I'm pretty tech savvy, so I thought I would give it a try. But at the same time I was torn, because if I screwed things up, I would be stuck with a very expensive mistake and I could almost purchase a new TV - again a tough sell in this household. While researching some more on the interwebs, I saw that some owners had been able to get Samsung to fix the problem, but the results were inconsistent because of the call center. I gave it a try and to my delight, Samsung offered to send someone over to fix my six-and-a-half year old TV for FREE. Adam came over from Gabe's as soon as the part came over and I helped him move the TV so he could fix it. While he worked, he told me some awesome stuff about home electronics in general, and we both reminisced about the good ol' days of TV's as many moons ago I used to work in a big box electronics store. He was very efficient and polite - I'm not sure I could imagine a better guy for the job. And the best part - I didn't have to spend a dime and I am back in business in the TV world. I would not hesitate to buy another Samsung product or to call Gabe's if I ever have a problem with home electronics or appliances.

I explained residual water in the line and provided a bucket to catch the remaining water in the line. To "fix" our washer that didn't dispense softener, they came the next day and merely replaced the drawer (that simply slides out in the front) and charged $140 for the 60 second "repair" that required no tools or even skill. I would have gladly paid for the part and slid the new drawer in myself to save $140 if they had made the problem clear when they diagnosed it 2 weeks prior.
