Whatever roadblocks get thrown into your way, she plows through and *makes it happen*. Any wedding planner working during Covid has to roll with the punches, but Jamie humored us through a few different revisions to the criteria for venue selection, a couple curveballs once we finally found a place we liked (in the middle of nowhere, with no dishwasher on site!), and so many, many harebrained ideas that she helped us filter out or make real. Creative -- delightfully. Organized -- incredibly. Communicative -- consistently (even when she had to chase us down because we were distracted ). Adaptable -- stupendously. Pragmatic -- appropriately. Some of the planners we met early in the process felt like they'd plan a beautiful event, but one that aligned with *their* aesthetic and needs (or a particular trend's), rather than ours. We just hired her for month-of coordination services, not her full planning services, but she was always quick to reply to any questions we had, even before the "month of." She had great recommendations for vendors and was willing to give us her honest opinion, so I felt much more confident in the choices we made. Bri was also incredibly flexible and understanding when we postponed out summer 2020 date to summer 2021, which we really appreciated. As the wedding approached, I became even more thankful for Bri's help. Knowing that she had everything totally under control was such a relief. She put together a lengthy timeline, coordinated with vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, and helped me organize all the items that we would need to have for the wedding. She's just listening to what you have to say and she knows how to respond to each request / question very professionally; she never missed a beat! I met with her for our introductory meeting and she drove all the way to me even though I offered to meet her half way, she emailed me to check in throughout the wedding planning process, got in contact with all my vendors, scheduled meetings with the venue and site coordinator and built the day-of-timeline. Although I wanted to be hands on in everything, when I had to actually let go and let her handle things, I was so confident in her and wasn't afraid of anything going wrong. I trusted Bri and she proved herself with all the curveballs that got thrown at her the day of the wedding. I'd have to say my wedding was a perfect day! Yes, there were tiny things that nobody could control, but she was there to ensure that I didn't notice a thing. She managed the day really well not only overseeing the other vendors, but actually setting up my reception decorations (she even asked me for photos examples just in case I had a vision). - I went to a few weddings where I had no idea that there was a wedding planner; I helped the families of the Bride and Groom set up / clean up the reception décor because their planners "didn't include that service". Fullbright events really came through to help us plan each and every, minute by minute, details of the day of coordination. Arshita is THE most thorough person I have ever interacted with. We had three prep calls to create the minute by minute timeline of the bride, groom, all the vendors, and the family members/guests. They asked us so many thoughtful questions regarding the day of that we had never thought of. Questions regarding what, where and how each of the vendors were providing their services, what we were bringing, who was driving the bride and groom, and many many more that we were glad that someone was asking us. On the day of the event, they arrived very, very early to ensure that the decorator was there and everything was going smoothly. When things went off track, as they are bound to do at any wedding, they kept their composure and resolved every issue with grace and we as the couple and our guests felt there was nothing wrong. Our entertainment went past our expected time but Arshita had thought ahead and pushed the open bar to later. We had cops arrive due to loud music but Arshita promptly dealt with them and asked the DJ to lower the music. We could not have asked for a better day of co-ordinator! Once I gave them my budget, they were able to provide me with a comprehensive list of vendors to choose for photography, videography, decoration, DJ and catering. I looked through the vendors and shortlisted the ones that appealed to me. After speaking to them, I felt great so I ended up booking them for the wedding. Sheetal and Arsh also patiently worked with my fiance and I to understand our requirements and did a wonderful job of communicating them to all the vendors. They also worked with vendors in India to have jewelry and outfits shipped to the US. I must also stress here that all of the planning was done remotely due to Covid restrictions and it is a credit to them that we never felt at any point that this hampered the wedding planning. I was blown away by their dedication at this point. Needless to say, the Fullbright team exceeded our expectations at the wedding. On the day of the wedding, they were there on time at 6:00 am and ready to go. Given that we had a traditional Indian wedding, which tends to be about 6-7 hours, the team worked tirelessly to keep things running on time with all the vendors. They were very cooperative and adaptable to changes to the timeline during our wedding. They always had a smile on and helped us feel calm amidst any wedding chaos. For the reception later that evening, they were again full of energy even though they'd had a long day by then. Again, from the cocktail hour to the grand entrance to the song and dance performances and ending with the open dance floor, all the events were impeccably managed and we were on time based on our pre-planned schedule. We lost count of how many of our guests reached out to let us know that our wedding was amazing and all the events were planned and executed so smoothly.
