The lady was brushing my lid so much with the lash brush that it scraped my eyelid. It burned when we were redoing the lash lift. And this is 3 days after that redo. She told me she did a Keratin treatment instead of a lash lift. It did look better in the end but this scab is now here. I also want to mention that when she used the bathroom, she did not wash her hands that long. Normally i don't notice these things, but it was just like she turn the water on, wet her hands then turned it off. That is probably not a good sign to let someone keep touching my eyes... but I was already upset.

When I questioned it, she confidently assured me that since she wasn't applying a "new layer" of wax, it would be fine. Spoiler: it was not fine. Now the skin above my lip is red, raised, inflamed, and painful. When I pointed it out, she was in complete denial and tried to brush it off like I was overreacting--even though it looked visibly irritated. I left the appointment more upset and anxious than when I walked in. This was incompetent, dismissive, and borderline dangerous. Save your money, your skin, and your peace of mind and go literally anywhere else. This place is TRASH.
