I know how to exercise in a way that works for more sensitive bodies BUT, with structural issues in my body, I still need some extra support. Gloria talks with you about your body, what you do/dont do, really aims to get to the root. She explains that deep tissue isn't supposed to be as hard as possible but what needs to happen to truly relax the muscle tissue. It's a combination of deep pressure but also whatever other magic she works to get the job done. It gets so bad I can't even move. My husband researched and looked at many reviews and for Xmas (2 days ago) gifted me a massage with Gloria. He and I were both nervous trying a new massage therapist, as my pain is pretty bad and most massage therapist can't even begin to get to the root of the problem. But Gloria did just that! After an amazing 1 1/2 hour massage, I walked out without pain!! I was shocked. She pinpointed the root cause, explained the issues and gave me advice on how to help myself on my own.
