Yami was my tech and she was very nice (she was also training another tech who was observing while she did my mani and pedi.) I really liked how the files, and pumice stone were all one per customer and then disposed. They also used liners for the pedicure tubs which is nice. I really appreciated how sanitary they were. Yami helped me pick a color, when I told her what I was looking for , and she was able to match the regular polish to gel without any trouble. She also tried four different types of gold glitter for me so that I would be 100% happy. I really appreciated not feeling rushed and her taking the time to "experiment" with the options. I know they look fake, but they're mine in most of the photos I started with tips then they grew out with the sculpting gel on top. Right now only one is fake cause I use it to open soda cans cause it keeps breaking off but that's on me. The atmosphere is great. I love that.
