I've been going here for over a year and have had great service and I get lots of complements on my nails.

This is the worst pedicure I have ever received. The woman used the electric nail file on my actual cuticles, which was painful. She pretended to file my nails. There's a $10 charge to remove callus's on a pedicure that already costs $60. zero attention to detail, and in the end the women made fun of the guests with the other employees who thought we couldn't understand them. I'm a guy who likes to keep my feet nice, clean, and feeling good... definitely enjoy a nice pedicure; half for the foot and legs massage and to smooth out my feet and clean up the nails. Wife and I came in here for a couples pedicure one Sunday and they were moderately busy, but we didn't have to wait (also didn't make appointments prior). Never had such a horrible experience. The guy I had was very dismissive, tried to upsell me, didn't give me the color I picked out, and was rude. I have a known gel allergy and when I asked for regular polish he was not happy and went and got 2 colors not even close to the shade I picked out. When I asked if those were the closest to the color I picked he said "no" then just stared at me. Was very rushed and very unprofessional. read more

Well, this place has certainly been disappointing lately. I have stopped in a few more times since I first reviewed it, and the impression is not good. We took my niece to get her nails done, and the tips keep popping off because of the lack of acrylic. One fell off as she was scratching her head. I went by to get my toes done hoping to relax I had Lien Kien as my nail technician and it was a terrible experience. She was very unprofessional gossiping about me to some coworkers. I don't think it's very professional to speak another language to gossip in front of customers In this case she as not aware I understood what she was saying but I did and she was very rude about my body. No one should have to worry about being talked about in a negative way when they are taking time out of their day to try to relax and be pampered. read more

I like Ivy who does my nails and she listens to what I want and does my nails how I like them. She always asks if I am satisfied and I appreciate it. I always make appointment with her. I like acrylic short nails, I cannot do long ones, and she does them well and how I ask. She even offers to do designs and they look cool. Broke my Nail down the middle! yes you read right, broke my nail down the middle then used dip powder to mend it together! The nails they did are super thick and gross. I told her i do not want thick nails and honestly I don't think she could've done worse. My pedi was first and I walked to the mail box so my feet had some dirt and it was still there after the pedicure. I had to tell them no over 5 times for up charged service. The nail tech splitting my nail in half was gross! Charged me $130 and no sorry or anything! Do Not Go Here! I'm going to my doctor in the morning and filing a lawsuit for negligence. read more

Upon entering I was greeted fine but unfortunately will not be coming back and do not recommended. Despite the outside looking new and clean the inside did not appear clean. I sat at a desk that was not cleaned, the tools were clearly not sanitized and dirty, and the person who was doing my nails was very rushed and I had to ask him various times to shape my nails cause it didn't seem he was going to even them out. I'm in the area visiting my boyfriend and wanted to get my nails done while I had some free time. I got an ombré dip manicure, which turned out beautifully. But the technician only used 1 coat of dip powder, one coat of gel top coat, and the backside of my nails have powder and top coat un-removed. I've gotten dip manicures for years, and these feel VERY thin. I'm not sure how long they will last unfortunately. It also cost $78 for this plus a cuticle trim. I'd probably only come here again if it was a last resort and I didn't have time to do my nails at my usual place. read more

I'm a simple man with simple needs. I started getting pedicures a few years ago so I'm not an expert, but I know what feels good on the toes. This place is great. They're brand new and they have top of the line pedicure chairs with back massaging. That was an amazing start. Then I met Olive, my foot person for the next hour. She was astounding and I can't recommend her enough. She did a great job getting all of the calluses off of my yabba dabba doos and then gave me a very long foot and calf massage. Longest rub I've had. That's what she said. Very therapeutic. I can't speak to nail polish as I go commando with my toe nails. Some may complain about the price. They need to realize everything costs more. Plus, you are having someone touch your feet..for an hour! The costs here are pretty close to what everyone is charging now. Check it out! read more

I have been here several times and this place never meets my expectations. I have had pedicures by most of the staff here and they are so inconsistent. I have to remind them to file my nails symmetrically, get my in grown nails and get the extra paint off my skin. It's expensive for what you get. Will not be back. they should the place express nails- the $15 mi Ute fill for $50 was laughable- this place is for a quick fix - not on a regular basis-

Inconsistent levels of service between technicians and dependent on how busy they are. The owner/operator is too focused on jamming as many people through to deliver quality and relaxed experience. She took over my fill on Sunday, was so rushed she kept hurting me with the drill... rolled her eyes when I reacted with "ouch". To top it off, by Tuesday (today) I was supergluing nails back on that had lifted and popped off (when she said she fixed the lifting). This is a luxury to women, not a necessity. If I'm saving money for pampering, I feel the experience should be much different. I won't be back, despite the handful of quality technicians she employs, because I never know when she'll take over again and ruin my nails. I'll have to start over with a new set... somewhere else. So disappointed and embarrassed since I had a friend drive down to join me. Her experience was only slightly better than mine but the owner even acted annoyed that we wanted to sit together for our services. read more
