Looking for a new fireplace mantel for my house I was tipped by a contractor to visit this shop. I was surprised to discover this hidden gem. The show room was bigger than expected like 15000 sq ft or more. I was attended by Miguel who introduced me to Eytan the owner who give me a quick tour. Everything is designed and manufactured on the shop, molds, and the mantels themselves. He explained that they are able to manipulate any mold to fit any shape, curvature, etc. I took a picture of my mantel and they provided me with a possible custom fit within hours. Although, now after my visit I am considering instead one of their standard mediterranean style collections which include traditional French and Italian Estate designs. Avoid this company at all costs! I tried to have a fireplace updated and the end result was a fireplace that no longer worked because they put concrete panels over the gas valve on/off handle. The fireplace door, they sold me, did not comply with codes. When they scheduled to come out to fix issues, they did NOT show...saying the entire crew called in sick. Now, months later, they do not return calls and I'm left with a fireplace that is no longer usable. Finally, while they advertise themselves as a A+ BBB member, their license is actually suspended with the CA state contractor's licensing board. read more

You gotta see this place - the work is wonderful - outstanding customer service, installation team did a great job - and covered floors and furniture, cleaned up as work was done. I highly recomment them if you are considering changing the look of an old, dated mantel and surround. If you are looking for a nice, quality product, you will find a good selection of styles here. Our fireplace surrounds were old and dated - Our new ones are classic styles that will never go out of date - We LOVE them! This ain't your grandma's mantel store! OMG Eyton was so helpful, and patient - the San Fernando location has a great selection of full size samples. No need to look further for your new mantel and surround - We were so impressed, we ordered 3 to replace our 90's era builders ugly wood mantels. It was a bit of a drive - it is well worth it. The service and price along with art work provided a clear drawing with dimensions before the job is even started. read more
