He told me to go to another place and said that I called him a thief. Mind you I hadn't said anything other than politely asked for a receipt. He was so hostile and rude I left. Please don't walk in here and don't give this man your business. How dare he yell and berate at me like that when I haven't done anything or said anything rude. This is how you treat a customer. She worked with me to create my birthday party save the dates, invitations, and thank you cards. The design process was simple and easy. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted, and she created a stylish masterpiece that reflected my individual needs and personality. She was very receptive to feedback and quickly came up with alternatives when I was "on-the-fence" on her ideas. She never took "redos" personally. Elaine offered several ideas that would complete the entire look of the invitation. She designed custom envelope liners, sticker seals, and an acrylic return address stamp. When I tried printing the sticker seal template that she created on my own, I was not satisfied, so she took it upon herself to print them on her own personal printer. Further, she thought another color for the sticker seal would be better suited (she was right) and insisted on covering for the cost of purchasing new stickers. In regards to the acrylic stamp, she took the time to research several vendors to not only find me the best price, but the quickest turnaround time as I wanted to send out my invitations as soon as possible. Elaine's sense of style cannot be described in a handful of words, for she will adapt her style to suit your needs. She did a brilliant job incorporating masculinity within my invitations as well as her signature "whimsical" motif that dominates her website. I have seen her sample work for other clients and I must say that I was simply blown away with her attention to detail (hand drawn mansions and chandeliers). My invitations are child's play with regards to the capability that Elaine can possibly offer. Elaine was a joy to work with - pleasant, eager, and responsive. I could not have asked for more in a stationery designer.
