I've had my nails (both gel mani and pedi) done here before with Lynn and had a good turnout, however I've recently been trying to get back in with her and she's either not in or not available. I keep getting paired with nail techs who do not know how to properly coat gel polish over the whole nail surface. Edges of my toe nails are not painted. Not worth my time or 70$ pedicure. read more

The salon was lovely, clean, and seemed to have a lot of product options. I chose my color and sat down to have one of the worst mani/pedis I have had!! I had a lovely experience at this nail salon. I called on a Sunday and asked for a last minute appointment, and they were able to get me in, which was awesome. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The quality was great, the service was efficient, and I got a nice massage. They have nice massage chairs and everything was comfortable. I thought the space was clean. I loved this place and unfortunately because the manager was so rude to a customer I had to stop coming here I was stuck in traffic and I called them on the phone and they told me it's okay,when I came they said they can't take me anymore. First of all nobody told me that on the phone that 15 minutes later they won't take me. My master didn't have nobody else after me ,but the owner wanted to do it on purpose infront of my little son. It was so rude , she told me they closed at 7 and they won't wait for us to finish, it was 6-30,I stayed till 7 nobody left they still had 5 clients . Awful customer service , disrespecting they clients , I was coming here 2 times a month and this is how they value me as a customer. read more

Kaylee did my nails and she was super kind and professional throughout the whole process! I showed her a design I wanted and she executed it beautifully! She recommended which colors would look best per the photo and she was right! I moved to Santa Clarita from West Los Angeles this summer and found myself in dire need of finding a new go-to nail salon. After trying out a few places around the area, I can confidently say Elegant Nail Spa is the best HANDS DOWN (pun intended.) I've tried their regular gel, dip, and gelX services and the dip and gelX are my favorite. Kaylie takes such pride in her craft and it shows (and lasts!) I wish I had photos of the previous sets she's done for me but I can luckily share my most recent Halloween gelX set. LOVE this place so far! When they first opened, I did nail removal twice and they were nice and efficient about it. This time I actually got many nails done - Full Set Gel X. They're so much closer to my house now that I moved up here than previously still trying to go to the previous nail salon before I moved. First, I want to point out that this place has great costumer service and that is difficult to find here i scv. I got a service done this Friday, dip powder set. The lady was very nice, however, the nails needed some work. I called after i left, and told them I wasnt fully content w how they looked. They were super understanding & rescheduled me w the manager Kalie.
