This place took my appointment last minute which was appreciated but with how it went I wish I had just waited for an appointment somewhere else. The service was very rushed and didn't follow the typical procedures for getting acrylics done. One of my cuticles had a cut on it and they filed it so much that it it was aggravated and bleeding by the end of the appointment. The nails came out bumpy, powdery, and had bits of acrylic flaking off for the next week. The nail artists were very nice and the overall atmosphere was good. But I would not go here for another set of nails. This is the second time that they rushed my appointment and they came out sloppy. read more

Beth Nails is located on b the same parking area as the Canyon Country Library. Parking is always available. The prices are reasonable and while walk ins are possible an appointment is a better idea. They have 8 chairs just for a manicure and 7 for pedicures. They are always friendly. Conversation is limited but that is mostly at the customer's choice. While I do not do polish they have an amazing assortment to choose from or bring your own. Expect to spend some time as polish does need to dry. I made an appointment for a pedicure for my first (and last) visit to this salon. The man at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, however, the woman who worked on my feet wouldn't make eye contact with me and was very detached and seemed sad, honestly. The other technicians also didn't seem very happy. She was very rough with my toenails and cuticles, even after I nicely asked her to be more gentle. My cuticles were red and tender and two of my nails were cut too short. I wasn't sure she understood me, and she continued to avoid eye contact, which was making me uncomfortable. I wasn't really sure how much the pedicure would cost but was still planning on leaving a tip for her on my credit card. When I went to pay, the pedicure was only $27 and they informed me that I wouldn't be able to leave a tip on my credit card. I felt awful since I was not informed while making an appointment that they only take cash tips, so I asked if they take Venmo or Zelle; they said they don't. I normally don't carry cash with me. If they're only charging $27 for pedicures, I imagine the technicians are mostly getting the bulk of their pay from tips only... and I felt terrible for being unable to tip. Prices went up which I understand but then I was told I would be charged $5 each for hands and feet for a buff shine which is less work and no polish, I have never in 40 years been charged for this. I was asked if I wanted lotion on my hands/arms and feet/ legs and told it would be $5 each. Again, I have never been charged for this and could buy a small lotion for $10.00. My fingernails were not filed to even lengths but I decided to do this myself at home. I have been to Beth's Nails a dozen times over the last couple of years but will never go back. I don't appreciate higher prices AND alla cart prices for things that were previously included. It is insulting to gouge people like this on top off mediocre quality. read more

Moved to Santa Clarita last September and tried several nail salons and Beth's Nails is by far the best in customer service, price, variety of services. I can ask for the latest trend in nail designs and they can replicate it. Some other salons I've tried can't replicate the design or they don't understand you. But Beth's nails can do it and they speak English well. Some of them are genuinely nice and personable. This is a great nail salon with friendly staff and great customer service. The salon is constantly busy, so I would recommend making an appointment before you come in. Dan is THE MAN! He not only does an incredible job at Gel X, but he is personable, holds great conversation, and is attentive to his clients and their specific requests. Donald does a great job with pedicures and I'm always pleased with the outcome. Not to mention, he gives a mean foot massage!! This was the worst experience of my life. I went in for a regular manicure and the guy who helped me did a terrible job. He didnt clean my cuticles properly, didnt apply lotion, put the nail polish uneven, and at the end didnt even clean the extra nail polish off my skin. I ended up complaining at the front desk, because of how negligent their employees are and all she said was , "oh Im sorry" and charged my card. She didnt even offer to fix my nails. I should have taken my own advise.. it's my birthday and it's been so long since I had a pedicure so I decided to go back the Beth's. Oh no, no, no. First the color swatches do not match the paint they have labeled with said number. They tried to tell me it was the same as the swatch. At that point I wasn't going to argue with them... I wanted Halloween-esc purple and green and left with summer skittles colors. On top of that, they up charged me to the spa pedicure and didn't even perform the functions listed under the price. It was a super basic pedicure and a 2 minute massage per leg. Based on what I paid for I should have had a 15 minute leg massage among other things. NEVER GOING BACK. read more

I'm not sure what happened to my original review but here's a fresh look at my experience at Beth's Nails. It's located in a great shopping center with a nice size free parking lot. They have a large amount of gel colors and regular polish to choose from. I make an appointment at least 3 days in advance, when's it's a busy time of the year (like upcoming holidays) make sure you give yourself at least a week to call and schedule an appointment. The work Dan does on my nails is unparalleled to other nail salons in the area (I've tried several big name salons). See the pictures I've posted for proof. The pedicures here are awesome too. The girls take their time and make sure you're happy with the end results. Although I've gone to other salons in a quick pinch, I always go back to Beth's Nails! read more

Go to another place! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is only a few days after I got my nails done...I just moved here and was looking for a new salon and chose this place because they have pretty good reviews. I went last month and they actually did a decent job. I came back and got a fill on Wednesday 10/23 by Tom and this was taken on Saturday 10/26. However, I noticed on Thursday they appeared to already show my real nail grown out but I thought maybe it was due to the dark color that they seemed that way. I kept on looking at them and even asked a couple people if they looked grown out and they said YES. These were supposed to be my Halloween nails and it looks like I need ANOTHER fill! They look like GARBAGE because they didn't use enough product. When I finally called them to explain what happened and that I was not happy to pay for this a lady I believe named Tracy got on the line and continued to be rude, talk over me, and NOT LISTEN. She just repeated "your nails grow". Really? That much in a few days?? I've been getting my nails done for 20 years now and I've never had this happen. They refused to help in any way. No offer to have me come in to fix them or even look at them. They also give a VERY mediocre pedicure. Now I have to go find another place and spend MORE money to fix their horrible job! Saw this place on yelp, and decided to just walk in and try and see if they could take me in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure with no appointment. I was graciously welcomed. I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first time at this nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised! Both women that did my manicure and pedicure were really great, and I appreciate that they took their time and were thorough with my mani/pedi. I feel like a lot of nail salons rush and end up doing a poor job because they're just trying to get to the next customer, but not here!
