My husband wanted to treat me to a spa day for my birthday but FORTUNATELY the original spot we had in mind was closed (even tho their hours stated otherwise) Anywho, we stumbled upon Dalat Hills Nails and I'm so glad we did. Thank you Annie for my nails. 2nd time here. 1st time was a gel mani and polish lasted 3 wks. This appt Annie suggested builder gel for my natural nails and so far I'm liking it. Everyone here is friendly and polite and they try their best to get to you within a decent time frame. Your best option is to make an appt and get there 5-10 min early in order to be on time for your appt. Would recommend and come again for my nail appts. read more

I was beyond nervous to try a new shop!! BUT I must say that I am pleasantly surprised. The shop is beautiful. Everyone I encountered was polite-- which is hard to come by. I came to this salon so excited to get my nails done for the very first time, and I was looking forward to getting gel-x. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at all. The woman who did my nails, Annie, was incredibly lazy and constantly declined my requests for what I wanted on my nails. There was also a complete communication barrier because she has a hard time speaking English. While that isn't normally a huge issue, it made it extremely difficult to communicate what I wanted done, and she just kept declining my designs because she didn't understand what I was saying. After the nails were finished, I noticed they were done poorly. I was also in horrible pain; for three days, I could barely even press down on my fingers without severe pain, and the nails were already lifting. I called the salon back, and they told me to come in. When I returned, the staff was so rude, and Annie was making a massive fuss and being extremely aggressive. When she began to soak off my nails, she was so aggressive with the drill that she actually cut me. I told one of the other men working there that she had cut me and that, if she was going to be this aggressive, I did not want her touching my nails. He took over and did a fair job, but the entire vibe of the salon was completely off, and I felt extremely uncomfortable. Now that I have removed the gel-x nails they did for me, I have "rings of fire" on my natural nails. Rings of fire are red, semi-circular marks or shallow grooves that appear near the cuticle on the natural nail plate. I have been in so much pain because of this experience, and I will never be returning here again. read more

Very frustrated with the service here, I had come a few times previously and I'm always waiting even though I have an appt. and the most recent time I waited almost 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time (mind you I have my newborn baby with me) and was never seen so I just walked out. I had gotten gel x the time before and there was so much extra glue stuck under the nails, and when you say something they seem to argue with what you want rather than listen to your concerns. I had to say multiple times at the last appointment that I wanted my nails a certain way and instead of saying ok she continued to argue with how it wouldn't look good, but that's how I wanted it! I gave them a go a few times but unfortunately will not be returning. I hope they realize that peoples time is important and they shouldn't take advantage of it! The staff was extremely nice and understanding however, the work done was not good. Not even a week had passed by and four of my nails fell off. Then I went to get them fixed and they did some mix of gel X and acrylic. They did not charge for that. Now, that my nails are off, one of my natural nails was filed so thin that that it flips up sometimes. I have to wait until it's healed to get new nails. Thank you for listening to my review as I do not hope to harm anyones company, but simply tell the truth about my experience. The lifting of my nails, it falling off, and the file all added up to make this experience bad. Getting your nails done should cause no troubles. read more
