One of the worst pedicures I've ever gotten here after being loyal for so long. I went in for a moonlight pedicure with cuticle clean up and callus cleanup with gel polish. So many things went wrong it felt extremely rushed, the lady was using the drill at a very high speed to drill of my previous gel and kept burning my nail plate and ripped my cuticle skin. I kept asking her if she was okay to work and she would just smile and nod her head. After that she cut my toe nails really crooked and i reapeatedly told her that I was not liking it and she kept ignoring what i was saying and saying "the file will fix it." She genuinely overfiled my callus and left my feet looking like this. Absolutely foul work

They are definitely just ok. So far I've been here twice and both times have been last minute needs. Could they have been better yes definitely could they have been worse absolutely. Here are examples: My tech ran out of the specific tip size she needed for my finger so she thought it was a good idea to put one smaller and then when I asked her about it because it was crooked and it just looked awful, she got upset and then proceeded to give me an attitude for the rest of my service. I also asked for square square and feel that in my opinion it's a little more rounded than I'd like. I just got home and noticed my toenail polish is uneven and she had to redo one of my toes and didn't add topcoat to that redone polished toe. Neither one of them said thank you when they were done and the one that did my pedicure did didn't say thank you when I gave her a tip. I saw other techs giving great customer service, but was unable to ask all of their names because I just wanted to leave. Maybe I just got the luck of the draw.... Or the unlucky hand.

My gel manicurist is Kevin who provides the most beautiful shape and care to my nails. His gel manicures are bar none! My nails always look so beautiful after he is done with them . Linda is my most favorite pedicurist. Her hands are magical with the scrubs and massage on your feet. And her pedicures are so good that when I come back in 4 weeks, they still look in excellent shape. Lillian the owner is so kind and such a hard worker . She does her most to make you happy at her business. My daughter has grown up here (she is now 12) and they treat her like their own . She too loves coming here for her mani/pedi's. I highly recommend coming to Tourney Nails for your manicure and pedicures. Great work and reasonably priced!

The salon is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. One of my favorite things is that it's actually easy to get an appointment or walk in, which is such a rarity these days in other salons. Kimle is absolutely amazing! She's so sweet, takes the time to communicate exactly what you're looking for, and makes the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. I haven't had a pedicure in forever and my old nail salon closed permanently, so I was looking for a reliable and clean nail shop. I tried Tourney Nails based on the reviews and they did not disappoint! We were able to get a same day appointment for 5 pedicures and ended up adding 2 kids pedicures as well. The nail salon was clean and all of our techs did a great job. I left here very happy and ready for vacation. My toes look great and I can't wait to return for my next pedicure. read more

Honestly won't be coming back. I came in for a gel pedicure, take off the old polish and put new polish on. There was gnats everywhere! I wouldn't even relax because they were kinda everywhere. I wish I would've saw them walking in before I sat down. Next the lady who did my toes was nice but why did she try to personally removed my ingrown toenail. That is a full on procedure and not to be done at a nail salon. I'm still in a lot of pain and still having some blood come out. I came to get my toes painted, not have a procedure done. That's completely unacceptable. read more

I have been going to Tourney Nails for about a year and it has been great.... but the time before last was not as good but decided to go again and both my friend and I were extremely disappointed. First of all they tried to get me to come earlier than the appointment I already but was not able to because of work. This last time and it is the last time we both felt rushed and they didn't do as much as they had done in the past. We paid for deluxe pedicures and really felt let down. I'm so disappointed because we both love going there for so long. I spoke with another friend who tried it out and she felt the same way and is not going to return. read more

I've had nothing but great service ever since the earlier issues. I continue to give Tourney Nails by business since they have corrected the issues and are superior now. I highly recommend them and I've visited a lot of nail shops in town and out of town. My lifestyle doesn't always allow me to see an appointment but they always fit me in. Thank you for doing a great job to keep my business. Today we got gel mani pedi and it is beautiful! My kiddo got a regular mani pedi and the technicians were both amazing for both of us. I have been a client of Tourney nails for over 10 years and I have never made an appointment. Every 2 to 3 weeks I call when I have a free hour and they ALWAYS get me in. The entire staff is well trained and gracious. The owners are on site and they are truly happy to see me even though I can't commit to an appointment. Kim gave me a fab pedicure last night - I'm just so grateful for them all. Keeping a busy bee like me always looking polished and put together. If only they could trim my hair, haha! I saw the Beauty by Lid storefront as I was in the area, and kept it in the back of my mind. My…read morenormal nail tech wasn't available and I needed to get my nails done for an event I have coming up. Remembering this location, I made an appointment online with Mariam for Saturday at 11am. I arrived 10 minutes early, and she was ready for me. I warned her in advanced that I'm terrified of the drill and nail file, so I would most likely flinch or make a funny face when it is in use. Unfortunately, my fear is so much worse than I thought because I was uncontrollably squirming/ tensing up, and truly just being a nightmare client. Mariam was SO EXTREMELY patient, kind, and gentle with me. She kept checking in to make sure I was okay, and would announce when the scary part was done. I was so embarrassed by my behavior, but she was very sweet. In addition to her kindness, she was fast. I got a Russian manicure with fast gel (no removal) for $85 (and a $2.47 service fee). The whole process took 45 minutes. The color came out exactly how I wanted it to, and I was very please with how uniform the shape of the nails were. FYI: There are two Beauty By Lid locations. One is for hair, eyebrows, facials, etc, while the other one is the nail salon. The nail salon location has a smaller and tighter parking lot.

By Monday, my nails were already popping off. One even came off just from opening my shower door. Management had me come back for an entirely new set instead of offering a refund. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again that same weekend. When I asked for a refund after two failed sets, they refused and just kept telling me to try a different technician. I understand mistakes happen, but after two sets that didn't last, I expected better quality and better customer service. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this salon. Be careful before spending your money here.

A few several days ago, my girlfriend and I tried to give Jenny another chance, boy, o boy, that's was a huge mistake at this point. She was running 17 min late, watching me waiting on her, she ignored me with no regret. Man, she was occupied massaging other client neck and shoulders, by knowing that I am seating and waiting, she did not care! As well, when was my turn, she did not d massage and instead of using warm towels, she told me, go wash your hands on the sink and come back to her station. Are you for real?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I came here to relax and enjoy my experience, not get up and do your job! No other place does that! What an attentive , fabulous service, wow, just wow! Jenny should be fired, like no tomorrow, with that attitude?????????? The when a pedicure time came it was even worst-rushed and careless! WORST PEDICURE OF MY LIFE, BY FAR. First off, I felt incredibly uncomfortable the entire time because Jenny was also very aggressive which resulted in her cutting my toe, causing me to say "Ouch! That really hurt!" out loud. I shouldn't have paid for that, I debated getting up and walking out the entire time... I'd give this dump of a "salon" negative stars if I could. STEER CLEAR. Waste of money and time! read more

First of all what the most bothers me, does not matter how far in advance I make an appointment and come few min earlier , I always have to still sit and wait to be taken in. They are never on time! And that is so unprofessional, because they are do not value customer time. I have seen Jenny few times and let me tell you something first few times she would do anything for you to get to like her. She would spend extra time on my nails, do neck massage and do sweet talk to you. But, a huge but, if she won't get enough of her tips from you (and apparently 13% is still not enough for her), she would on purpose delay time for you, without any care of watching you waiting , even if you have an appointment, she would not do your neck massage anymore and do a neck massage for other clients a front of you and would not spend quality time on cuticles. Two owners of the place seem do not care to tell her how to do job professionally, but that is ok , more negative reviews would be coming to her way, since she is and the owners are ignorant. read more

I loved this place until today. Always see Jenny. Made an appointment for 2 pm. Didn't get me started until 2:30 because she was with another customer. Wanted gel nails and pedicure. She said she couldn't do my pedicure because she didn't have enough time. Got my gel nails done in a rush. They look horrible and she filed my nails all crooked. Told her a few times that they were crooked and she still managed to not fix them. My gel polish is lifting up already and I just got it done 5 minutes ago. Don't know what was wrong with her today, definitely not her day but it's not my fault. Don't think I will be returning to this place. And will definitely NOT be using Jenny. read more

They WILL take care of you! The owner and her husband are absolutely gems. I got my toes down and had to get accurlic on the big toes because I am a dancer and my nails often break. They did an amazing job! I wore boots and one of the accurlic last fell off so they fixed it without any cost and my other toe gel popped later in the week so they fixed it immediately. They care about your nails and will fix it free of charge. This makes me WANT to spend my nail money here because of their generous heart therefore, I will always go here! I had the worst experience here and really wish I had read the reviews before going. The place is dirty and clearly does not follow proper health code regulations. They did not change the plastic liner used for my pedicure and instead reused it, which is absolutely disgusting . On top of that, the nail files were visibly dirty and simply put back without any disinfection. There were even gnats flying around, which made the experience even worse. I've also never heard of being charged extra for glitter polish, which felt unnecessary and unfair. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would definitely not recommend going here. read more

Jenny is amazing. She is so friendly and always has a smile on her face. Her work has yet to disappoint. When I show her a picture of what I want, that's exactly what she gives me. When your salon only has barely only four stars you know it's a bad salon. I could have had my dog do my nails better than Jenny who did my nails and half the price! My nails literally came off the next day. I wish I could rate you ZERO stars but sadly it's not an option. Worst experience ever going here and rude employees. read more

Horrible work, I won't be returning again. They are very sloppy and just rush to move onto the next customer, even when you have an appointment. They use old nail polish n just keep adding acetone to dilute the clumpy color, instead of opening a new bottle of polish. read more

It seemed like they were trying to charge me for a service that was never provided. When questioned, they didn't have a reasonable explanation. Customers should be aware and make sure they understand exactly what services are included in their pedicure and what they are being charged for.
