I was greeted with a smile and didn't have to wait long at all. I got my nails done by Vicky, and I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She was kind, professional, and extremely detailed with her work. She took her time to make sure every nail was shaped perfectly and the polish was smooth and flawless. I showed her a reference picture, and she nailed the design exactly how I imagined it -- maybe even better. What really stood out was how gentle she was. I've had nail techs in the past rush or file too hard, but Vicky made the whole process comfortable and relaxing. She also checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with how things were going. My nails turned out beautiful, and I've already gotten so many compliments on them. Not impressed, definitely won't be back here. I went with my cousin because she was raving about the place. Saying it's the only place in SCV that does a good pedicure and I couldn't disagree more. I was asked when walking in is if I wanted a regular pedicure and I just responded with regular polish, yeah and they said okay pick any color then Once in the seat, Vicky never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted. Only if I wanted to use a scrapper and that's it. She never removed any cuticles and she scrubbed my feet maybe a minute maxxx and that's a stretch. My polish was done quick and sloppy. I could have done a better job at home. You can clearly see polish on my skin or over cuticles that weren't removed. She never finished rubbing in my lotion, added to my legs. I did that myself... You can clearly still see dead skin on my heels, which is the only reason I even went in. Also, I should mention.. my feet were even bad.. No reason I should have left with stuff on my feet still. When she finished she didn't remove the paper-towel toe spacers or bring a fan to help dry the polish... I honestly, didn't even want to tip, that's how much of a joke this service was. My cousin started her pedicure probably 10 minutes or so before me and I was still done before she was finished.... Ridiculous Huge waste of 27 bucks read more

Worst nail salon I've gone to in my life. Vicky did my nails and I thought this place would be decent because of the reviews that have but I was wrong. First, dirty. The salon is dirty, the white desks they work on our dirty and look like they haven't been wiped down in years with a lot of scum buildup caked on the sides. Now, I went asking for acrylic because some of my nails were shorter than the others. I then ask for the color white, and Vicky says that white isn't a good color on me and recommends an "off white". I take her suggestion because I thought it would be a nice color. Now, she starts to clean my nails and files them down. Everything seems like it's going fine. Fast forward to the powder filling that's being added to my nails. It LOOKS thick, but I rarely get my nails done so I waited to see if somehow it would get fixed. Now she keeps adding more filling and more filling which makes my nails looks thick and almost bubble like. I did approve the shape and color but not the thickness of the application! I left to get lunch and after looking at my nails, I realize they're horribly done. I had HIGH hopes for (Vicky) because she is supposedly the best but obviously that's a lie. I call her and express kindly that I think my nails look too thick and aren't shaped well. She then REPLIES "it's because of the color you got". "The light pinkish color makes your nails look thick." If THATS the case, why did she recommend that color?! BUT OBVIOUSLY, her reason is not true. It's because she RUSHED and didn't care about applying the nails correctly. For $50 you could have at least tried?! My mistake was paying her through venmo for it. Now, she said I couldn't get a refund but I can get a different color applied, I then responded that it's not the color, it's the application. She gets angry and said it's the color. I told her I don't want her doing my nails again and I want a refund. She says that there's no refunds there. I replied well my nails are done bad, so I feel a refund is appropriate. She then says, come in and get them clipped off and I'll give you a refund. Are you kidding me?!? I have to drive back there to get these hideous nails off?! Does she think I'm going to wear these nails off in public and just trying to get my money back?! No. I just don't want to waste my gas and go back to her nasty shop with her attitude and clipping my nails to short. All in all, avoid this place. She even said "I do my acrylics fast". Well, obviously you do and it shows. Respect your customers and take your time! You ruined my experience and I will make sure to recommend everyone TO NOT go to your dirty salon. I have visited many high-end salons but sometimes quality work, good prices and a fun atmosphere is so much more important. If you would enjoy having your nails done in that type of atmosphere, this may be your place! Jackie and Vicki are wonderful people who take care of their clients. They are not overly concerned with how the salon looks but rather how their customers look when they leave and are they happy with their services. Most folks do pedicures upfront so they can talk... hence they those silly pedicure chairs moved to the back since no one was bothering to use them anymore. The place I went before, on a recommendation, was Angel Nails on Seco Canyon @ Bouquet Their place now has a "For Lease" sign and the place is empty = another small business unable to weather the CA and LA County edicts. So Jackie did my pedicure, and I could hear her sister Vicki with manicure clients. I can vouch for their easygoing demeanor, and they do engage with each client. As a man, you understand we are the odd occurrence in any nail salon. However, I'm quite happy I have ventured into the world of pedicures as they can really get my man-paws looking good for the pool parties! "Do you want a regular chair or a luxury chair?" Was what I was asked. I asked what the difference was, she said bigger chair and massage. Really?!?!!! MOST salons only do their pedicures in the "luxury" chair. This place was not very attractive and didn't didn't have good quality/name brand polishes. I was also told to go in at 1:30 (when I asked for 2), which I arranged my errands around, then when I got there, they told me to come back at 2. Yes. Pros: they have the best massage chair I have ever sat in. It really digs in and massages neck to lower back. Staff was polite and nice and communicates well. She let me relax in the chair and didnt insist on conversation. They took me in with no wait. My mani pedi looked great, beautiful flower. She was very gentle-didnt hurt me once. Cons: she gave me NO hand or foot massage, -just put the lotion on and didnt use callous remover or offer it and the salon was cluttered and not very clean. read more

Noooo just no. So the first time I came here I just got a gel manicure and it was fine, it did feel a little rushed ( I didn't get a massage or anything) but it was okay. The bathroom was dirty and they did the pedicures in large buckets which I thought was off. The second time I came here they were rude off the bat. I asked for dipping powder and they didn't have it so I asked for a pink and white ombré with glitter and requested long nails. She apparently didn't have the right power because she began mixing powders together. She didn't even ask how long I wanted them until she cut my nails and then asked "too long"? They were way shorter than I wanted them but I just said they were fine. She cut me and burned me with the drill and the nails turned out awful. Every single one was crooked and bumpy. The pink was too dark and there was only like 2cm of it and the rest of my nail was white. And I paid $48. So I came back an hour later after really thinking about it and requested a refund. They were rude and removed the nails and couldn't figure out how to give me a refund. I was in there for about 45 minutes. Eventually the refund was said to be successful but I wasn't able to log into my bank account and check. She basically kicked us out saying the money isn't on her side anymore so if I don't have it she can't do anything. read more

Went here as a last-minute thing and wish that I hadn't. Their salon is not very clean. They have two spa massage chairs for pedicures put way in the back facing the back room / storage room. The two ladies there were very nice and spoke perfect English. However, the gal doing my pedicure was just friendly enough, only spent about 35 minutes on my feet, did zero massage, did not help put by flip flops to prevent any smudging (like every other salon does) and charged $25. I'll go out with chipped polish and scaly heels before going back here. ;) read more

Yes asked which chair I wanted; I replied which ever is easiest for the technician. Vicki does great nails mine are white with small glitter, pink base they will last three weeks and my nails grow. Vicki always uses no lift on the base as I used to groom 5 dogs weekly and was in water A fair amount. Jackie does my pedicure with Vickie doing the flower. I always hav a good time. I got acrylics done here and ended up getting an infection. Went to the doctor right away and she said it was caused by the nail tech who cut my cuticles. The nail tech cut too deep and the tools were not properly clean so bacteria got into my nail. I was given medicine, my nail fell completely off. I will not be coming back. They are always perfect, I never have a nail flying off or breaking off and they look great!
