I used to go here every 2-3 weeks to get a gel mani-pedi and enjoyed myself and left satisfied every time. The ladies here are awesome and are all very sweet and nice! I've had Jasmine and Kim a couple of times and mostly saw Chewie. She always did a wonderful job and would leave me be if I just wanted to relax, but I often found myself talking with her anyways because she is so friendly. The salon is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing with soothing music playing softly in the background. The pricing is slightly more than other salons I've been too and your time here is a bit longer but it is worth it. The pedi chairs are very comfortable and relaxing and they take their time with you. You do need an appointment and I've seen them turn away some people who have tried to walk-in. But that just goes to show how loyal their customers are. read more

Very disappointed! Been having pedis done by Kim for many years. In fact, a friend referred me to her and when Kim moved salons I followed her. My friend has recommended several people to her, as have I. Several years ago, I missed an appointment once by accident. Another time she no showed on me because she put me on the wrong date. I drove 35 minutes in for my appointment. Mistakes happen, right? Then several months ago, I missed an appointment because my friend was taken to the hospital with complications due to Stage 4 cancer. I immediately called when i realized I had missed, apologized and explained. Kim blew me off. Would not reschedule me and would not return my texts or calls. This is NOT Customer Service, especially to someone who has been a client for years. Now, she has done this to another friend of mine, being very dismissive. VERY DISAPPOINTED and because of this she is now losing 4-5 clients. Too bad because she is good at what she does. As a business owner myself, I would never allow anyone who worked in my establishment to behave this way as it reflects poorly on me and my business. read more

I love this place! I went there to get my bachelorette and wedding nails done and I am obsessed with each look. Kim did my nails and she was such a perfectionist in every aspect of the process; cleaning my nail beds, and making sure I had clean lines around the edges and in the nail art. She's so nice too! My first time ever trying this nail salon and I must say I fell in love with the environment and the vibes I got from this salon and the ladies who work there to even the customers getting their nails done and feet done. Everyone was so wonder and nice and very welcoming when I walked in. First salon I ever been to where they open the tools they are going to use on you to do you nails are nicely sterilized and clean. The girl who did my nails took her time with me and was very patient. I got a coffin ombré and she did an amazing job. Not very salons know how to do the coffin shape perfectly and the ombré as well. I got my toes done here for my best friends wedding. We had an AMAZING experience. Unfortunately we had to go somewhere else for our nails but we weren't to put out by that. They took their time and really paid attention to detail and gave a great foot massage. Make plans for an hour and a half after your appointment, they really put a lot of effort into your pedicure. I brought my parents here while we were in town visiting. Jasmine and company were absolutely incredible. They spent a good amount of time on all of our toes, even my father's feet which resemble hobbits feet. They were friendly, caring and meticulous. They took extra time to massage my mothers feet knowing that she has sore joints from medication she takes post breast cancer. They even opened up the shop a bit early so that we could get out toes done all together. The shop is pretty and clean. The chairs are wonderful and relaxing. Came here after seeing the reviews on Yelp. I saw Jasmine to fix the design on my nails. They were not done correctly. She didn't have to start from scratch which saved a lot of time. She just filed the design off and also made the acrylic nails thinner which looked more natural. I was so glad I went to her. I will be going to her next time I'm in town. I have been to this salon approximately 6 times and have had a perfect experience every single time. By far, this is the best salon I've been to. It's clean, the employees are very professional, and one walks away with the relaxing experience getting nails done should be. Normally UV gel nails only last 10 days for me but Jasmine made them last over three weeks and even did some cute nail art that made them last longer.
