I tried to reach G & L by phone twice before setting out by Lyft, but my Spanish was too rudimentary to understand the instructions and message. Setting out to arrive at 11:10 expecting the salon to open at 11:00, it was annoying to find it locked with no one there. I suspect they may be getting tired like I am. When they were available, it was a 5 star business. For me not finding a business open when it says it will be is a fatal flaw bringing assessment down to 1 star. I ended up going and changing my allegiance to Teresa at Q down San Pablo Dam Road. Everything changes.
