I wish my experience had been better and that I could remember the name of the girl that did my brows. She did a TERRIBLE job. My eyebrows looks straggly and were completely uneven. I was going to ask her to fix it, but I've learned my lesson and decided if she couldn't do it right at first and see that it was uneven, she wasn't going to be able to fix it. This is a great salon for threading, facials, etc. I have looked high and low for a salon with great service and found this gem in the heart of Valencia nearly a year ago. I love how quick they are and always make sure I am happy with the services I receive. I usually go to Shabana as she is great and really knows the brow line to the shape of your face. First time getting my eyebrows done ( My WHOLE LIFE) and I trusted my untamed brows to them and only them. I was afraid it would hurt a lot to the point I would scream very loud at my cousin who took me there ( I am not good with pain to the point a needle hurts). I was so surprised at how fast they did my brows and how inexpensive to get my eyebrows threaded. I had been having my brows waxed for years. The first time I went there, I had Rima as my brow stylist. She suggested that I try threading. I've been going there over a year now and that's what I have her do once a month. She's very sweet and quick. I'm always seen within a few minutes of my appointment. I've been getting my eyebrows done with rima since I was about 18 and I am now turning 21 that's 3 years dedication and every 2 weeks I see rima on Mondays after 4 because that's when happy hour starts! She's amazing she's always taking her time and leaves them perfect .. when I came in my eyebrows were a mess and starting off it was really hard to shape my eyebrows. One eyebrow was different than the other, and I had some patches where hair needed to grow but Rima took it upon herself to take her time and fixed my eyebrows with every visit after a few months they were shaped perfectly . Most of us customers don't know the 1st thing about eyebrows and I know these ladies at elegant shapes know there stuff! I've been going to elegant shapes ever since they've been at the mall. They used to have a cart in the middle of the mall and I went to try it out once and met Shabana there. Shabana and Reema are absolutely amazing! I go to them all the time when I need my eyebrows done and I don't like anyone else but them. I have been coming to Elegant Shapes to get my eyebrow and lips threaded since they started their business at the mall and no doubt that they do a great job and that's why I keep coming back. Today however I finally decided to get a facial, specifically the Acne treatment,Wow! Shabana did an awesome job. During my 45 minute acne facial, I can already feel my face fresh,light and clean. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE---BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! The girl who did the threading on my face was horribly mean and she did a terrible job--I had big red blotches and bumps all over my face from her threading, she was brutally rough with the threading, did not know what she was doing, and also left my eyebrows totally uneven so I looked like a clown when she got finished with me. IT WAS THE MOST PAINFUL & UGLY EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I hope this review saves other people from having to deal with the miserable suffering I had as a result from getting threading done at this place. The red bumps and blotches worsened after the threading was done and the blotches and bumps lasted for two weeks. I looked terrible and had to go to a dermatologist to get help from what she did to me there -- I WILL NEVER GO TO ELEGANT SHAPES BROW SHAPING LOFT AGAIN!!! read more
