We should have gotten the ducts cleaned before installing an in-duct booster fan, but we didn't think of it, so we needed the cleaners to be extra careful with their rotating brushes in that area. They came out 3-2-26. [I deleted the rest of my review, but the photos can' be deleted - they show dirt that showed up on our filter 2 months later. We had them come out to just clean our dryer vent. They were here for 15 minutes total, never went…read moreinside to actually push the lint out of the vent. They only did the outside and when I asked him about going inside he said that is appliance issue. My husband ended up purchasing brushes on Amazon and cleaned the vent out from inside, which in turn made him have to clean it out from the outside again. Not to mention all the lint that it pushed through on the roof again. Very frustrating. I actually took a picture and emailed it to them with all the lint that was taken out but never got a response.

I prefer companies being proactive. Their verbal quote in person felt like bait-and-switch, as it was not anywhere near the online quote. I had turned down other options as I liked the online bid. I explained this to the techs, and they were able to "negotiate" a better price (slightly higher than my online bid) so it was not exactly what I expected. What I liked is the job was complete on the day I requested. The techs tried upselling me in person, didn't give me anything in writing, and kind of hesitated when I'd explained I wanted them to either take off their shoes or wear booties, as the floor was recently cleaned. Again, they did the job on the day I'd requested and came highly reviewed, but I still have not received a written receipt (it's been nearly a week) and I don't care for the upselling when everything on the price menu is online. As they were able to finish one home I hired them to do another, based on time. Would I hire again, I'd give them a 3/5 stars, so not necessarily. It was 100% based on scheduling on why they got my business and they sold me on the instant reply and online menu, but I wasn't impressed with the mess (had to vacuum after they came) and the upselling and their hesitation of booties. I also prefer precision (screwing in all vents) over rushing for a completion. I had to run around and ask them to put the vent covers back on. They asked me to write a check to a "new company" and that seemed sketchy/uncomfortable too as I thought I'd hired Evergreen Air...

They came on 3/6 in the provided time window, and did a good job of cleaning from what I can tell. On their website, they mention they provide a before and after report of the duct cleaning, though the only report I've received so far is the indoor air quality one. It would be nice to see the before and after, but that's not my biggest concern with their service. Unfortunately after they completed the service and left, I noticed floor new vibrations on the floor that is right below the furnace (which weren't there before the service). At the time since this was still during the day, I figured it might be from some construction work outside and ignored it. The vibrations continued into the night at which point I was getting concerned. I call them on Monday 3/9 and the earliest they can send someone to check it out is Friday 3/16 -- not ideal, but appreciated nonetheless. It's the same tech who did notice the vibrations on the furnace with the blower compartment open and fan running. Unfortunately he doesn't have an idea on what could be causing the vibrations from a cleaning. I suspect the vibrations to be from the blower going out of balance (perhaps from something settling on the blower during the duct cleaning). He goes to call his boss and returns saying the boss isn't also sure of what could be causing the vibrations, that the blower could be cleaned but AirGanic doesn't do it and that the boss would reach out to me with details of a company that cleans furnace blower. It's been three full business days and I've yet to recieve a call from the boss. I removed, cleaned, and put back the furance blower myself in the mean time which did resolve the vibrations -- it looked like there was stuck on paper on the blower fins. No idea where that came from. I'm not particularly happy with how my situation was handled -- if I am told someone will reach out to me, I expect to be reached out in a reasonable time. If I'm hiring a professional for a service and something unexpected happens, I expect help from the professional -- that's why you hire a professional. I was left without help and had to guess and fix the problem myself. Everyone makes mistakes, that's not what I have a problem with, I'm only interested in how well the mistake is remedied. I imagine this was something that doesn't happen frequently. In all probability, you'll hire AirGanic for cleaning, everything will go great -- I certainly don't contest that the cleaning itself was poor or unsatisfactory -- but if something unexpected happens, you might not get the help you are expecting.

They did it a day early, and left the note on the door just like they said. This was exactly the ideal experience in my opinion, so I strongly recommend them!

Unlike the 80's or even the 90's you got more choices than Pay N Pak, for home improvement. From Eagle to Lowes and Home Depot, you can find just about all the lighting you would desire. I had about 30 minutes before a medical appointment across the street, so I decided to pull in to see what they offered for outside dusk to dawn lighting. I have three lights that were on my house when I bought it 16 years ago. A very nice-looking light, that I actually found while shopping at Costco about 11 years ago, so I am going to assumed they carried them for years. LED lights don't last forever, and one of the lights is flickering a lot and another is starting to flicker, so I decided it was time to replace all three. I didn't see any lights that met the description, so I asked one of the people up front and he confirmed, they don't keep those lights in stock. What kind of lighting store are you, when you don't keep all kinds of lighting in stock? Truth be told, I think the lighting section at my local Lowes is larger than this store, but if your goal is to put on a glossy show for Bellevue, I don't have faith in your ability to stay in business. He offered to show me lighting online, but I can do that myself and guess what, I'm checking Amazon, before I look at your site. I did see a fixture I liked while I was there, it was a light with a sign for your house number. It was also $1,300. You must be nuts, it was cool looking, but you could put that on sale for $350 and I'm still not buying it. All of this stuff is made overseas and the fact that you are selling it for a 10x markup might make you believe it's worth it, but I suspect contractors that drive up prices and people that believe they are too good for commercial lighting like Home Depot are the ones shopping here. I guess when you are next door to Albert Lee, you can get away with that, but my ex tried to talk me into getting appliances there and I told her, why would I pay $3,500 for a fridge Costco sells for $2,200. Her reply, because the neighbors shop there. I got the fridge and got rid of the girl. Well, only a fool pays retail and regardless of how nice the staff was, I refuse to overpay. I got 3 lights from Amazon for a total of $120. I don't think I saw a single light here for that price and I'd suspect if I returned, which I won't. I'd find the light I bought on Amazon for $40 here for at least $350.

Kevin arrived 10 min. early. He quickly installed his large portable vacuum near our furnace. He then went to each inlet and outlet louvre and inserted his long flex rod with brush at end. This he rotated with his power drill to loosen the crud in the ducting which was then sucked into his vacuum. Later he replaced all the vents. His last task was to use the same brush and flex rod to clean the drier duct. All this, including setup and teardown took about 2 hrs. He never took a break or sat down. What diligence! He was much more efficient and thorough than the guy who cleaned our ducting 15 years ago. Highly recommended. I made him a cup of coffee for the road and added a nice tip to the bill. This i paid with Google Wallet on my cell, using his portable credit card reader. Quick and easy. A pro company! read more

We decided to get our air ducts cleaned and contacted Sonic Air Duct. The lady on the phone was polite, very knowledgeable and patient. She was very transparent about the services offered and the pricing. We got an appointment within less than a week. The technician showed up on time and did a thorough job cleaning the ducts, cold air return and dryer vent (which is included in the price if it's close to an exterior wall). Our furnace went out after some construction debris killed the motor/fan. We had our furnace replaced and needed our ducts cleaned ASAP. Sonic Air Duct answered my call, was professional, up front about the cost and were able to schedule an appointment quickly. It was easy to setup an appointment w Sonic for air vent & dryer vent cleaning. Kevin let me know when he was on his way, was professional and thorough. Getting the dryer vent cleaned out was a bit of a challenge as the washer & dryer are crammed into a very tight space: dryer needed to be pulled out, Kevin had to climb over top to get into the cramped space behind. Kevin took it all in stride and was careful to make sure the dryer vent was reattached properly. The before/after pix of our furnace return makes me especially glad we had the work done. Our entire HVAC duct system was very thoroughly cleaned by him, and the furnace, heat pump and mini split were maintained and carefully cleaned as well. He also figured out a way to upgrade our older wireless thermostat to do what we wanted without requiring wiring. He showed us all of the work he was doing as he was doing it and did not charge suggest or charge for anything unnecessary. The pricing was fair and transparent, and his expertise in HVAC was clear. They were able to come out very soon after my initial request, and all communication was prompt and friendly. After being frustrated with not so great service from two other vendors in the past, Peter and Pure provided hands down the best HVAC experience we've had and we're switching over to Pure for both annual maintenance and to install another mini split later this year.
