This was an amazing hotel close to the downtown Sedona area, a lovely lobby and the breakfast bar was outstanding they offer ready to order omelettes that's lovely for a mid cost hotel. They also had a heated pool. The staff was very accommodating with allowing us to check in early after a 2 hour drive from the valley. They offered pellet ice which is my favorite. The rooms are a nice size and you have a decent kitchenette area. I would definitely recommend you staying here if you're visiting Sedona.

I had a good experience at this hotel while visiting Sedona. It's located in the village of Oak Creek, which is about 5 miles out of Sedona. Still very close to all of the fun things the area has to offer and some of the beautiful scenery but not quite as busy in area is downtown. Sedona can get. I had an efficiency room with a king size bed that had a separate living room and a small kitchenette that came well stocked. The hotel was very comfortable and very clean. Staff was friendly, although I think I screwed up and opted out of cleaning service during my four day stay. Regardless, it was a pleasant day, and I would certainly return to this location.

We loved our stay at Element. I wish I could've left five stars, but there were a few drawbacks. Let's start with the awesome. Service from the moment we arrived was great. They were friendly and explained all we needed to know from pool hours, breakfast in the morning and more. The hotel was clean, the pool, hot tub and fire pit area were beautiful. We didn't have time this go round to enjoy it, but I think we may stay again in the future. Our room was great. It was two queen beds, fridge, stovetop, coffee pot, dishes, etc to cook if staying an extended time. The seating area had a good size couch as well as a desk and chair. I loved the bathroom. It had an actual full door to close not one of those stupid sliders and nice enclosed glass shower. We were given an extra key and were advised to leave it in the slot by the door for the lights in the room tp work. That was a new experience. The bedsheets cozy and pillows were nice and easy to relax. Unfortunately this is where thinks started to suck a bit. The air conditioner was so loud and made almost a water leaking sound. I can't explain it but man it was frustrating and hard to fall asleep. Once I did it was fine, but I'd definitely recommend having someone check this out. We didn't hear much neighboring noise. There is a 24 hr gym as well. Another downside was the parking. Or only is it $20 extra to park per car it was so limited. While it goes around the entire hotel there is definitely not enough spaces. We left for dinner and came home to nowhere to park. We circle the lot multiple times and ended up finding one that was short term and had to be moved by am for another business next door to risk not getting towed. The free breakfast I will say was great. My son hates eggs and the chef running the cooking area was nice enough to shop up some French toast. My breakfast taco were delicious. Great spot in a less traffic area making it easy in easy out. There are also multiple restaurants nearby if you'd like to walk.

Not bad! Element by Westin was a suitable hotel for us during our trip to Sedona. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from downtown Sedona. The best part about staying here is driving up the scenic red rock highway on your way in to town. There are coffee shops, restaurants & wine tasting rooms near the hotel. They also have a bar & libations available to purchase in the lobby if you need a night cap. Our room was clean, spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was GREAT. The pool seemed to be active at all times, so keep that in mind when you check in. The pool & hot tub was also very clean. All of the staff was friendly to us during our stay. The gym was solid, and they also have a Peloton available if you are down to cycle. Parking was a bit annoying because of the $20 per night fee. They have a pretty popular restaurant next door named Butterfly Burger, and those customers tend to take up parking spots at the hotel. With all that said, I would stay here again if we decide to visit Sedona again!

We stayed at the Element in Sedona in July for a golf tournament. We liked the convenience of location, filtered drinking water in the room, and the 4 complimentary Tesla chargers (they have adapters for other ev cars) The room itself was very spacious. We stayed in a studio with two queen beds. The room had a nice shower but no tub :-( Plenty of storage space with an ironing board and iron. Nice coffee machine and working stove. There is a complimentary breakfast which consisted of a small yogurt station, bread/pastry station, and "hot" station that served eggs and sausage. Would have liked more "hot" choices but the bread/bagels/pastries were good enough. The hotel was pretty clean. For our two night stay they did not make-up our room but that was okay.

This place is about 2 miles outside of Sedona . But Oak creek has its own commercial establishment. Walkable from the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained. Great amenities- hot tub, pool, bar b q area, fire pit, gym, laundry, bar and best of all free breakfast. State here for 5 days and made this the base to drive to other parks outside of Sedona. Parking and Wi-Fi are an also free. We stayed in the 3rd floor. Spacious, clean and great views. They are dog friendly too. I would stay here again if I had my dog.

I came here with my boyfriend on vacation and this was the first time staying here. Check-in was easy. When we went up to the room, we had a nice view of the pool, and the room was clean and fresh. The pool was amazing and nice to swim in. They have complimentary breakfast, which I loved. Every morning, it is different. We had French toast, omelets, quesadillas, pancakes, there are other things like bagels, toast oatmeal, juice, and fruit, and they have coffee 24/7. It's in a good area where there are so many things you could do that are close. If you want to hit up the grocery store, you could bring back food and cook it on the grill that is by the pool. I'm not sure if all rooms come with a fridge, microwave and toaster but our room came with it which was a long size bed. The things I didn't like was the toaster smelled really bad when I used it. I couldn't eat my bagel because it smelled up the whole room really bad. I'm not sure if they cleaned the toaster with chemicals, but it smelled like it. Please change the toaster in room 303. Also I didn't like that the room service people never came by our room to give us clean towels or to make the bed. We stood there for 5 days, and the room wasn't cleaned up. I had to put the trash out in the halfway for them to pick it up so that's a negative mark that they could work on. Besides that I would stay in this hotel again.

Excellent location. Great pool, clean! Well appointed rooms. Free breakfast ! Easy to get to from anywhere and easy to get to downtown Sedona and trails. I think the $20 dollars a day parking is just a "money grab" as they don't have to worry about parking from other businesses. ( Shame on you Marriott. )

Good price, great quality. Breakfast - free breakfast and it was great! - omelette bar - chobabi yogurt bar - many options for bagels, toast (even gluten free, and English muffins Rooms - super nice rooms with kitchen - bathroom was really nice and huge - great water pressure Other - there is a heated pool and hot tub. We didn't get the chance to go in, but people were using it! - nice gym - area to fill up your water bottle is to the right down the hall when you walk in - there is a bar that closes at 10

Rooms have very thin walls which create poor sleeping arrangements. Never again! Pay more for sleep quality.

As we're cruising down the main street we passed The Inn Above Oak Creek and noticed they had a lit-up vacancy sign. We immediately went in and met with the inn keeper who offered to let us go see the room before we committed to booking. This is THE cutest little 13 room inn set right on Oak Creek. There is seating down by the creek, on the patio off the main room, and inside the main room itself that all have great views. Our room was very spacious with a 2-person sized bathtub and a fireplace! It had truly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in away from home. My husband was obsessed and wanting to know how we could copy it to have at home. Both of the inn managers were so kind and took such good care of us. You could feel how much they care for the inn and value their guests. There's always coffee and water set out. They have homemade cookies in the afternoon and homemade muffins in the morning. They have a bookshelf with various options for reading and a large selection of movies. On the coffee table, they have binders full of recommendations for trails and exploring the area. It was such a cute and intimate place to stay. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling to Sedona and I'd love to stay here again! We truly couldn't have found a better place to stay for Valentine's Day. However, when we initially arrived, the young front desk agent with red hair appeared to be on a personal phone call. She ended the call by saying "I love you," which made it seem like it may have been a conversation with a friend. After the call she greeted us, but throughout the interaction she seemed unsure and a bit confused about the information she was giving. I would strongly suggest additional training on customer service and job knowledge to ensure guests feel welcomed and confident in the information they receive. Especially at a property where guests are paying around $1,000 a night, first impressions and professionalism are very important. Aside from that initial front desk experience, everything else about our stay was wonderful.
