My mom always gets the 90 min facial and her aesthetician, Theresa, is wonderful! They have stopped with the sales pitch at the end of her treatment. Since my mom likes it so much, I do buy package deals, or at least, am informed of any promotions so that I can have her facials paid in advance. Theresa does a wonderful job and is pleasant to work with! She has great hands and you are in complete, relaxing drift under her care. I stopped coming to Element Spa 2 years ago because well...life happened...but now that I'm back in the area I decided to check them out. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised that the spa was just as I remembered it but in a good way. It was as clean and relaxing as I remember it 6 years ago and the facial and back treatments were still up to par with higher end spas. I loved it so much that I signed up for a whole new package of treatments because Element is the perfect, local spot for a mini spa break. I especially appreciate that they do not have a strict policy as far as their packages. I couldn't believe after all those years the remaining services on the package I purchased had not expired! This place is a scam! I was utterly upset with their service and dishonesty. I have heard about them through the Chinese radio multiple times which was what made me decide to visit them. The day I had, I had spoken to one of their employers named Heidi. Initially she and I had a nice talk about what she would recommend for my skin condition, eyebrow treatment, and pricing for both of the services. BUT I was not aware of all the additional fees, pricing options, and WITHOUT my consent of which option I want to do, Heidi went on to choosing for me. Additionally, I did NOT know there was a free sauna session prior to the facial. All of this information was then provided to me during and after I had done my facial, which meant I had to pay the price for the service. In the end, when I wanted to cancel my future appointments with her, Heidi had wanted to charge me an additional $40 for a so-called eyebrow consultation. The collagen facial is as good as it gets. The esthetician is extremely thorough and goes through many steps to ensure your skin looks radiant. I've had a lot of different facials and most of the time, my skin just feels 'clean'. But after the collagen facial, my skin has a nice glow and feels really moisturized. It's a clean, inviting small space. They have a shower, limited bathroom/beauty products, and a lounge to rest in. Just note they have a small staff, so don't expect people to call you right away. I haven't tried any other services here, but they offer attractive discounts if you're a first-timer. read more

Element Spa is the new business name for "Angel Reborn Beauty Spa" - it's located in the same suites inside the Dublin Ulferts Center. I come here every 3-4 weeks and just noticed they had a changed a business/ownership sign the last time I was there. All the services are available just like before (facials, body treatments, massages, slimming treatments, etc), nothing has changed except for literally just the sign of the business outside and in the front desk. One addition that I like is they now put the towels, robes and everything you need out by the lockers/changing room so even if you can't track one of the ladies to help you, everything is already accessible to you. :) I'm a frequent customer because of its cleanliness and quality facial services. Plus it's super convenient for me so that's always a plus in my book. Prices for their treatments & packages may be a bit steep if you're not used to getting facials regularly but it's all worth it to me. Result = reduced pores and rids of blemishes/redness on face...plus none to minimum signs of any aging. Only given one face after all, best take care of it when I'm still in my prime... ;) read more

Best facial ever!!! I've been a client of Quennie since 2006 and so happy to have facial every month if I'm in town. She takes time to see what I need whether to do deep exfoliating or firming of skin. I've brought almost all my girlfriends there because of such great treatments. I try to get a good hydrating facial before and after plane rides. Collagen treatment is perfect day before a special occasion I can think of excuses just to see Queenie. i was very disappointed that my "diamond peel" lasted all of 2 minutes and the rest was a very heavy/buttery mask on my face. it was nice, but i wanted more peel and less mask. the spa is clean, people are nice, but i didn't get what i paid for. not sure if it's because someone in the next treatment room was also getting a diamond peel, so my beautician sped through my treatment to hand over the machine... sigh. read more

Love it here! I wasn't expecting much from my Living Social deal. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it is here. I never had a problem rescheduling. Queenie is great! I never have to tell her where my problem areas are for my diamond peel, she searches high and low for it. It says 90 minutes but I am usually there closer than two hours. read more

Love element spa. The girls their are so friendly and really give u your monies worth! Their facial is usually like 1.5 to 2 hours and is done in a very professional manner. They end it with a very strong massage. I feel like I'm getting 2 services for the price of one. !
